Modelica language is an open,engineer-oriented,object-oriented language for unified modeling of complex heterogeneous systems.The language directly uses differential algebraic equations to model and compile physical models,and has become the implementation standard of physical modeling of engineering systems.In recent years,in order to improve the power quality in aerospace equipment,can add filter in the input,the large capacitance in filter,lead to the spacecraft in the electric instant,the capacitor charging work done in the approximate short circuit,electrical impulses in the mechanical switch place greatly,affect the occurrence of mechanical switch contacts on both ends of the adhesion failure.For these large power supply and distribution system caused by the surge current problems,in this paper,the domestic and foreign existing surge suppression measures are analyzed in detail,and then according to the large power supply and distribution system of the overall architecture diagram,respectively introduces the multi-channel switch unit,a power distribution unit and wiring diagram and detailed functions of over-current protection units,For a surge of power distribution unit path,surge path of over-current protection units,and detailed analysis of the mechanism of surge according to RLC equivalent circuit and put forward the optimization of three kinds of switching surge suppression,for these three solutions in the process of circuit simulation of advantages and disadvantages,and analyzes the possible problems.Finally,on the basis of using suitable switching surge current suppression measures for this circuit,such as the use of N-channel MOSFET device to suppress the surge,this paper also by changing the switching surge path of the primary distribution unit and modifying the parameters of components in the circuit to achieve the purpose of switching surge suppression.The maximum value of the designed switch surge shall not exceed 30 A in the large power supply and distribution system,and shall not exceed10 A in each power supply and distribution unit;The duration of switch surge shall not be greater than 12;The rise slope of switch surge shall not be greater than 108A/s.Before finally use MWorks simulation software on the switching surge suppression measures adopted to verify the simulation,for a power distribution unit of analog circuit,over-current protection unit simulation circuit and analog circuit of large power supply system simulation analysis before and after improvement,the last in structures,analyses the measured in the experimental platform,the simulation results verify that the software.
