With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,people's living standards have been continuously improved,which has greatly promoted the popularity of automobiles.Automobiles in consumers'eyes have changed from luxury goods to transportation tools[1].People's requirements for automobile performance,driving control,safety and comfort are also rising.The proportion of electronic control parts of automobile systems is increasing,and even there are many intelligent active safety systems,one of which is automobile anti-collision system.The emergence of anti-collision system not only provides higher security for vehicles,but also has higher requirements for the skills of vehicle inspection and maintenance technicians.Therefore,how to provide better teaching and training equipment on automobile anti-collision system for students majoring in automobile detection and maintenance technology in higher vocational colleges is an important issue that must be considered in the teaching of automobile related majors.The anti-collision system of small electric vehicle for teaching studied and designed in this paper provides a feasible scheme to solve the above problems.Firstly,the paper introduces the current situation of automobile anti-collision system,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of developing small electric vehicle anti-collision system for teaching.Taking the self-designed and manufactured small electric vehicle for teaching as an example,this thesis introduces the function and implementation form of the anti-collision system.When the system detects obstacles,it will send out audible and visual alarm signals in time,and actively intervene the driving system,braking system and steering system through the main controller to realize the automatic anti-collision function.Finally,the anti-collision system of small electric vehicle for teaching based on DSP is designed.When the vehicle is in danger,the system can send out audible and visual signals for alarm,and take measures such as stopping driving,braking and steering to realize the automatic anti-collision function of the cars.After actual operation,the system has good function and reliable operation,meeting the design requirements of the study.
