The distributed feeder automation strategy is to use the characteristics of intelligent terminals in the distribution network that can communicate with each other,and then realize the rapid discovery and processing of faults.However,there are currently two problems in the process of promoting distributed feeder automation: one is that traditional power distribution terminals do not have self-describing capabilities,which makes the terminal unable to plug and play and cannot implement distributed feeder automation strategies;second,the terminal side There are differences between the topology model on the master station side and the use of distributed feeder automation strategies to deal with faults will cause the master station side topology confusion.Therefore,on the basis of solving the above two problems,the distributed feeder automation strategy can be used to deal with the faults of the distribution network,and then the development and application of the distributed feeder automation technology in the distribution network can be promoted.This thesis relies on the State Grid Science and Technology Project "Large-scale Plug and Play Distribution Terminal Automatic Configuration and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Technology Research" to carry out research on the plug and play and topology operation and maintenance technology of power distribution terminals.This article first collects,organizes,and analyzes the functions required by the power distribution terminal in various application scenarios.It uses object-oriented modeling technology to extract the objects,directions and content of its information interaction process,and uses the IEC 61850 standard to uniformly configure The information communication model of the electric terminal enables the power distribution terminal to have the ability of self-description,and realize the plug and play of the power distribution terminal;then,a topology network verification solution is used to solve the problem of the topology model generated by the terminal selfidentification and the main The topology model of the station side has the problem of difference;finally,the neighborhood-type quick-action distributed feeder automation strategy based on plug-and-play intelligent terminals is used to improve the self-healing speed when the distribution network fails.On the basis of the above research,the plug-and-play test software of the distribution automation system is tested for the functions of power-on registration,automatic configuration,and data transmission of the distribution terminal,which verifies the plug-and-play of the distribution terminal mentioned in this article.The feasibility of the solution with ready-to-use functions.At the same time,this thesis builds a distributed feeder automation strategy verification system based on a real-time digital simulation system,triggers changes in the distribution network topology,faults and other characteristics,and carries out a network topology operation and maintenance plan,and a neighborhood-type quick-action distributed feeder automation strategy The simulation results show that the network topology operation and maintenance algorithm proposed in this thesis and the neighborhood fast-moving distributed feeder automation strategy are feasible.
