A Study On The Moderate Design Of The New Chinese Style Model Room

With the rapid development of the real estate industry,the model rooms play an increasing role.It is the "wind vane" of interior home decoration design,which has a great influence on people's decoration tendency.However,real estate business in order to emphasize the display effect of model room,use expensive material,tedious adornment to undertake excessively decorate to model room,make model room had no "home" atmosphere.This not only plays the wrong guidance for consumers,but also creates a waste of resources.In recent years,with the appearance of the new Chinese style model room,the new Chinese style is concise,lively and the design concept with Chinese implication,which can improve the luxurious decoration of the European luxury style model room to a certain extent.But real estate developers in order to increase property sales to get a greater profit,also conducted a luxurious decoration in the new Chinese style model room,the new Chinese style model room packaged into a luxurious,high-end product.Such "excessive design" not only hinders the healthy development of interior home decoration design,but also is not conducive to the inheritance of excellent traditional culture.So through "moderate design" to change the luxury decoration concept of model room of new Chinese style model is particularly important.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the model room and the luxury decoration problems existing in the new Chinese style model room,and then discusses the necessity of applying the moderate design concept to the new Chinese style model room,and obtains the significance of the moderate design applied to the new Chinese style model room.Later,according to the research,the application technique of the moderate design concept in the new Chinese style model room was summarized,and finally the moderate design practice in the new Chinese style model room was used to verify the theoretical results.The moderate design of the new Chinese style model room can not only better attract customers,enhance their aesthetic awareness,promote the sales of real estate to present a better image of real estate developers,but also reduce the waste of resources to a large extent.It can also promote the better dissemination and development of traditional Chinese culture and enhance the national confidence of the people.Hope that through this study,we can provide a certain reference for the designers in the design of the new Chinese style model room in the future.
