Since China’s high-speed railway began to develop in 2006,so far high-speed railway has accounted for the entire railway passenger transport proportion of about 90%.EMU has being become to mantaice,as the more operating mileage and more years.Bogie,as the core component of high-speed rail vehicles,has become the required key maintenance object.At present,the maintenance of high-speed rail bogies is divided into:using repair(first and second grade repair)and advanced repair,advanced repair back mainframe repair.Advanced repair bogie assembly adopts traditional manual assembly mode,The main problems are as follows: product quality can not be guaranteed,production efficiency is low,maintenance cycle is long,personal demand is more,operator labor intensity is larger,maintenance cost is high,production organization is more difficult,logistics distribution is unreasonable,etc.Therefore,the traditional manual assembly can not meet the needs of high-speed rail bogie maintenance assembly.The establishment of metronomic and flexible assembly line is the way to solve the above problems.IN this paper,based on the knowledge of industrial engineering,the “disassembly inversion method” is used to optimize the repair and assembly process of bogie,and to establish the assembly process planning for bogie.According to the assembly process and the actual situation of the factory,the layout of the assembly line is planned and the balance rate of the production line is calculated to optimize the layout.According to the functional requirements of bogie assembly line,this subject researches and develops advanced manufacturing technology(heavy load precise positioning lifting technology,heavy load self-positioning technology,laser detection technology,large torque tightening technology,internet of things technology,etc.).The flexible and high precision complete sets of bogie assembly equipment,logistics equipment and information integration system are made.According to the characteristics of high-speed rail bogie,improves the manufacturing quality of bogie and improves production efficiency,reduces the maintenance cost,improves production management level,reduces the number of operators,and reduces the working intensity of the operators.This subject use the Siemens simulation platform Tecnomatixping to simulate the manual work environment of the high-speed rail bogie assembly line,identify the unreasonable ergonomics in advance,and improve the Design of production line for the unreasonable.By comparing the actual production data of the newly built high-speed rail bogie assembly line with the traditional manual assembly line,the conclusion is drawn that the assembly line can meet the expected design goals.
