Research On Area Renewal Design Based On Quality Improvement

Urban renewal is the main content of Chinese urbanization in future.During the past stage of urbanization,a large number of built-up areas ignore environmental quality,leaving behind various conflicts and problems,such as disordered local space,chaotic appearance,insufficient vitality,lacking of ecological space,and inadequate public services.Nowadays,environmental quality improvementnd development transformation has become inevitable.It is imperative to analyze such quality problems and explore a complete scientific renewal method.This dissertation is oriented on the issue of space quality,adopts the methods of literature research and systematic induction to research.On the basis of the summary and integration of existing theories and practices,it puts forward renewal ideas and methods of environmental quality after integrating the knowledge of various disciplines such as sociology,economics,ecology,game theory,cybernetics,and urban history.It is of great significance in rapidity spreading areas.Finally,through the field survey and status analysis of Suyu core area which is the typical spreading area,the applicable quality update design is completed.The main body of the dissertation is chapters 3 to 5.Chapter 3 deeply analyzes the current development characteristics and space quality problems in Suyu core district,and points out that space-time iteration of space supply and demand is the essence of the problem through inductive deduction.Based on this,Chapter 4 adheres to the principles of multiple values,system integration,and organic gradual development,and proposes the development goals of the spatial quality and four key update strategies.Guided by multiple values including ecology,culture,politics,economy,and society,Chapter 5 details the planning and design response to the quality update of the Suyu core area in practice.It is determined that the update content from three aspects: the spatial function,spatial structure and spatial material environment of the core area of Suyu.Firstly,improve the quality of space functions to meet the service needs of district-level centers;secondly,coordinate the layout of space functions systematically to form a reasonable space structure,and finally make full use of the existing canal resources to carry out special physical environment renovation.Meanwhile,according to the principles of co-construction,sharing and win-win,and "profit-making",the operation system will be established by classification and division.The research expands the connotation of urban renewal in the new period and provides new ideas and directions for future renewal planning.
