As the global society pays more attention to energy and environmental protection,and the society's demand for electric energy is increasing,the transformation of energy structure has become the focus of energy reform,so the microgrid system including renewable energy has been extensively developed.However,renewable energy is random and intermittent,and the demand side is uncertain.It is difficult to guarantee the balance between the supply and demand,and it cannot guarantee the safe and economical dispatch of microgrids.In order to solve the uncertainty of renewable energy and the demand side in the microgrid,improve the utilization efficiency of renewable energy,and make the microgrid can operate safely,economically and environmentally,the research content of this paper is as follows:(1)A five-terminal microgrid system with output devices of wind turbine(WT),micro gas turbine(MT),fuel cell(FC),battery(BT)and electric vehicle(EV)was established,its mathematical model was established,and the load curve of electric vehicle was simulated by Monte Carlo method.In order to solve the uncertainty problem of wind turbines and demand side,the back propagation network(BP)is optimized through standard particle swarm optimization(PSO),and the PSO-BP combined model is proposed to predict wind power and microgrid load in the shortterm.The simulation results show the superiority of PSO-BP algorithm in prediction.(2)Aiming at the economic dispatch and energy-saving needs of the microgrid,promoting the complete consumption of renewable energy,this paper comprehensively considers the economy and environmental protection of the microgrid,and establishes the objective function of the microgrid;considering the constraints of the supply and demand balance of the microgrid,the power limit and the battery capacity state,and giving the energy dispatch strategy of the microgrid.(3)Finally,this paper takes a typical daily microgrid system as an example,uses a two-person zero-sum game model to determine the weights of multiple targets.The simulation results prove that the weight determination method used in this paper can obtain the best weight coefficients for multiple targets;On the basis of the optimal weights,the adaptive particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the optimal output of the unit under the multi-objective operation of the microgrid.The results show that the adaptive particle swarm has a fast convergence speed and the obtained fitness value is still low,which verifies the paper the superiority of the algorithm.In short,the prediction algorithm used solves the uncertainty problem in microgrid dispatching,and the weight determination method and optimization algorithm used also have higher utility,which improves the economy and environmental protection of the microgrid.
