With the rapid development of society,renewable energy such as wind and solar energy has been widely used.Micro grid has been paid more and more attention by countries for its advantages of high energy utilization rate and strong acceptance of renewable energy.However,the uncertainty of wind,light output and load power consumption brings risks to the system operation.Therefore,how to ensure the safe operation of micro grid and promote renewable energy consumption is the key to research.So this paper studies the optimal dispatching of microgrid with uncertainty factors.This paper first introduces the micro grid optimal scheduling problem considering uncertainty.In the existing research,the multi time scale optimal scheduling model of day ahead day is often used to deal with the problem.Aiming at the solution method of day ahead long time scale scheduling,the advantages of weak robust optimization compared with other optimization methods are pointed out,and it is applied to day ahead long time scale scheduling.At the same time,this paper constructs a microgrid optimal dispatching model considering demand response,and proposes a multi-time-scale economic dispatch method.This method is based on day-ahead light robust optimization and intra-day Model Predictive Control(MPC).The day-ahead stage is long-time-scale,uses light robust optimization to solve the deviation between two stages economic dispatch,which is caused by source-load forecast errors and uncertainties.The intra-day stage is short-time-scale,uses MPC to track day-ahead light robust economic dispatch plan,to make up for the problem of robust open-loop control,obtain better tracking results,and thus obtain better economy.The results of calculation examples verify the effectiveness of the method.Finally,the optimal dispatch of microgrid in isolated grid mode is studied.At the same time,considering the economic and environmental objectives of microgrid scheduling,a day ahead day multi time scale economic scheduling method based on light robust optimization and MPC is adopted.In the long time scale scheduling stage,the light robust multi-objective optimization method is used to find a scheduling plan satisfying the economic and environmental benefits.The MPC is used to track the day ahead scheduling plan in the short time scale.It is proved that this method is also applicable in isolated grid mode,which can not only ensure the wind and solar power consumption capacity and load demand of microgrid in most cases,but also improve the economy and environmental protection of microgrid,effectively improve the conservatism of traditional robust optimization,and give consideration to economy and environmental protection while ensuring good robustness.
