Phosphogypsum is the main by-product in the production of phosphoric acid,which has a huge stock and causes serious pollution to the ecological environment.How to solve the stock of phosphogypsum is an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of ecological civilization.As a new type of building structure introduced from abroad,light wood structure has many advantages such as energy saving,environmental protection,thermal insulation,fast construction,and changeable forms.Based on the previous research of the research group,the mechanical properties of light wood structure-phosphogypsum plate shear wall under low cyclic loading are studied by experimental and numerical simulation methods,which provides theoretical reference for the engineering application of phosphogypsum.The main research contents of this paper are as follows :1.In order to study the mechanical properties of the nail connection of phosphogypsum and board-light wood frame member,24 groups of 96 nail connection specimens were set.The mechanical properties and failure characteristics of nail connection under monotonic loading under different structural conditions such as nail edge distance,plate thickness,skeleton connection mode,single and double nail connection were analyzed,and compared with the nail connection test of gypsum board and board-light wood skeleton component.The force law of the nail connection of the phosphogypsum and plate-light wood frame member was summarized,and the displacement-load analysis model was proposed.2.Six pieces of light wood structure-phosphogypsum plate shear wall were made and tested under repeated load.The experimental phenomena and failure characteristics of shear walls are analyzed,and the influence of different wall test parameters on the load-displacement curve,skeleton curve,ultimate bearing capacity,ultimate displacement,energy dissipation performance,shear strength and elastic lateral stiffness of shear wall is analyzed.The mechanical characteristics of light wood structure-phosphorus gypsum board shear wall under low-cycle repeated horizontal load were analyzed and summarized.3.ABAQUS was used for simulation analysis,and the spring element was defined according to the nail connection mechanical analysis model obtained from the test results,and the reliability was verified.The finite element analysis model of light wood structure-phosphogypsum plate shear wall was established.The correctness of the finite element model was verified by comparing the analysis results with the test results,and then the test was supplemented.
