Distribution network is the last link of power system,and it is also an important bridge to directly establish the connection between users and power grid.The literature research shows that more than 80% of the power system faults originate from the distribution network,and the failure of the distribution network will seriously affect people's daily life.At present,more and more scholars are devoted to the research of fault location method of distribution network,and the rapid elimination of distribution network fault will bring strong guarantee to people's production and life.The efficiency of fault location in distribution network is affected by the power communication network to some extent.The application of high speed,low delay and large bandwidth communication network in power system can improve the fault location level of distribution network.Fault location of distribution network is to quickly determine the fault location and isolate the fault section by the relevant electrical quantity in case of failure.Therefore,the research on fault location method of distribution network is not only helpful to improve the efficiency of power department fault treatment,but also shorten the time of power failure,reduce the area of power failure and reduce the loss caused by power failure.Based on this,this paper will study the application of 5G network slicing technology in distribution network fault diagnosis,fault location and fault location of distribution network:(1)In modern power system,the power equipment of high voltage transmission line is connected by optical fiber communication.At present,due to the short circuit,many branches and complex structure,the distribution system has not yet unified communication standards to realize the interconnection of power equipment and information,which brings some challenges to the fault location of distribution network.The fifth generation cellular communication network(5G)is put into commercial formally,which means 5G technology is gradually mature.The use of 5G network can improve the efficiency of data transmission and improve the efficiency of fault location.This paper takes the 5G network slicing technology as an example,through the analysis of the key technology of network slicing and the application scenario of smart grid communication network,discusses the application of 5G network slicing technology in the fault diagnosis of intelligent grid,and forecasts the application prospect of 5G network slicing technology in the fault diagnosis of intelligent grid based on the existing research results.(2)Aiming at the shortcomings of low quality of initial population and long locating time in active distribution network fault location based on particle swarm optimization(PSO),an improved particle swarm optimization(BPSO)algorithm based on beetle antennae search(BAS)algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the algorithm optimizes by using the beetle antennae search algorithm to improve the quality of the initial population of particle swarm optimization;secondly,it creates the relevant model of active distribution network fault location.Taking IEEE33 node distribution network model as the carrier,simulation experiments are carried out for single fault,multiple fault and information mistransmission respectively.The experimental results show that the BPSO algorithm can locate the fault section quickly.(3)Aiming at the traveling wave information of clock synchronization,the fault location of distribution network is studied.Firstly,the traveling wave measuring points are arranged at the end of each branch line of the distribution network to detect the initial arrival time of traveling wave;secondly,the traveling wave velocity is optimized by the least square method;the fault branch identification matrix is constructed to determine the fault branch of the distribution network;finally,the fault distance is calculated by using the principle of two terminal traveling wave method.In this paper,the IEEE33 node distribution network model and the simple distribution network model with branch structure are established by MATLAB and PSCAD/EMTDC(Power Systems Computer Aided Design)electromagnetic transient simulation software respectively.The simulation results show that the proposed method has high reliability and achieves the expected effect.
