The practice and theoretical research of grouting project shows that the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil has a very important influence on the grouting effect of gravel soil.However,the effect of pore tortuous effect on the diffusion process of gravel soil has not been considered in the current mechanism of seepage grouting.This paper uses the research methods of literature review and analysis,theoretical derivation,computer programming and experimental research.Taking the widely distributed gravel soil layer in China and the power-law cement slurry(w/c)0.50-0.70 cement slurry commonly used in grouting practice engineering as the research object,the power-law fluid column infiltration injection considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil layer is carried out The research results of the pulp mechanism are as follows:(1)Based on the tortuosity theory and power law fluid flow equation,the power law fluid seepage equation considering pore tortuous effect of gravel soil layer is established(2)Based on the combination of the power law fluid seepage equation considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil and the column type seepage diffusion model of power law fluid in porous media,the paper theoretically deduces the mechanism of power law fluid column seepage grouting considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil layer,and explains its applicable range and the determination method of relevant parameters;and according to the literature [84] The model test of seepage grouting has verified the mechanism of power law fluid column grouting considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil.(3)Based on the multi physical field coupling software COMSOL multiphysics platform and Darcy law,based on the computer programming technology,a three-dimensional numerical simulation program of power law fluid column seepage grouting mechanism considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil layer is developed.(4)The three-dimensional numerical simulation program of power law fluid column grouting mechanism considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil layer is developed to simulate the process of power-law cement grouting with water cement ratio of 0.5,0.6 and 0.7 in gravel soil.(5)The mechanism of power law fluid column seepage grouting considering pore tortuous effect of gravel soil is verified by comparative theoretical analysis,model test and numerical simulation results.The results show that the three-dimensional numerical simulation program of power-law fluid column grouting mechanism considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil layer can successfully simulate the seepage and diffusion form of power-law fluid in gravel soil with pore tortuous effect considered;the theoretical calculation value of diffusion radius obtained by the power-law fluid column grouting mechanism considering the pore gap zigzag effect of gravel soil layer The numerical simulation value is closer to the model test value than the theoretical calculation value and numerical simulation value of diffusion radius obtained by the formula of power law fluid column grouting diffusion mechanism without considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil.Therefore,the power-law fluid column grouting mechanism considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil layer explored in this paper can reflect the diffusion law of power-law fluid in gravel soil more than that of the power-law fluid column type seepage grouting without considering the pore tortuous effect of gravel soil.(6)Through the point load test and uniaxial compression test on the stone body formed by the strongly moderately weathered siliceous slate and power-law cement slurry in the excavation face area of a tunnel K24 + 702 in Yuxi Chuxiong section of g8012 mile Chuxiong national highway of national high tech grid,the strength of them is compared and analyzed to quantitatively evaluate the application of power-law cement slurry in the strongly moderately weathered siliceous rock The effect of stone body formed in slate.The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of the stone body of the strongly moderately weathered siliceous slate is significantly higher than that of the strong moderately weathered siliceous slate without the formation of stone body,and the absolute value of the increase of the stone body strength is more than 3.8 MPa,even the maximum increase is more than13 MPa;the increase rate of the stone body strength is 1 It can be seen that the power-law cement slurry has good engineering practice effect in strengthening strongly moderately weathered siliceous slate.The research results in this paper can not only clarify the influence of pore tortuous effect on the permeability and diffusion of power law fluid in gravel soil,but also have theoretical significance for the development and improvement of the theoretical system of hydrodynamics and seepage grouting;it can also provide theoretical support and technical reference for practical grouting engineering of gravel soil layer,and can provide theoretical support and technical reference for solving the disaster prevention and disaster reduction of gravel soil layer The questions also have certain practical significance.
