With the growth of automobile consumer market and the change of automobile consumer population,the vehicle supplies market presents the design trend of diversification,material and process innovation and function superposition,but there is also a lack of relevant design guidance.The relationship between driving behavior and on-board supplies is directly related to whether the design of on-board supplies can meet the needs of drivers and passengers,better enhance the driving experience and beautify the driving environment.On the basis of consulting relevant literature and interviews,this paper analyzes the four main driving behavior patterns of drivers and passengers: "leaning","sitting","looking","stepping" and the relationship between these four driving behavior patterns and vehicle supplies,and obtains the category demand and functional demand of drivers and passengers for vehicle supplies.Using Kano user satisfaction model to obtain the driver's and passenger's satisfaction with the functional requirements of vehicle supplies,this paper systematically summarizes three principles that can be followed in the design of vehicle supplies: safety principle,personality principle,environmental protection principle,and four types of design elements that can be followed: functional elements,human-machine elements,material elements and modeling elements.Combined with Triz Method,this paper analyzes and solves the conflict between the design and function of on-board supplies,so as to meet the basic functional and multi-functional needs of drivers and passengers for on-board supplies.According to the "leaning" behavior,the head pillow,neck pillow and cushion are designed respectively;"sitting" behavior is designed as cushion;"looking" behavior is designed as mobile phone bracket,window breaker and dash cam;"stepping" behavior is designed as cushion to design a foot pad.Combined with the authorized movie IP "Hello Kitty" and "egg yolk brother",the car supplies are designed to meet the personalized needs of drivers and passengers.According to the "leaning" behavior,the headrest,neck pillow and cushion are designed respectively;"sitting" behavior is designed as cushion;"watching" behavior is designed as mobile phone bracket;"stepping" behavior is designed as foot pad.Based on the research on the driving behavior mode of typical users,this paper puts forward the principles,elements and methods that can be followed in the design of vehicle supplies,aiming to provide some methods and ideas for the design practice of vehicle supplies in the future,and create the possibility for the benign development of the industry.
