The construction of a smart campus is the direction of the development of higher vocational colleges.The development of new management based on the smart campus has great development potential and is also an effective way to create a new campus ecology.The training building of H Vocational and Technical College covers nine faculties,and the main body has just been completed.In order to strengthen the construction of the smart campus,it was decided to invest in the construction of the smart training building on this basis.Therefore,the feasibility study of the smart training building project is a necessary prerequisite task.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility of the Wisdom Training Building project of H Vocational and Technical College through four aspects.The first is to analyze the status quo of domestic smart campus research and demonstrate that the current research on smart campuses is mainly focused on software platform development,while there is less research on application and management,and there should be innovative models;the second is to explore the smart training building The new solution realizes the new campus ecology of the smart training building from the traditional two-dimensional interface management to the three-dimensional visual management based on BIM(building information model);the third is the energy-saving analysis,environmental impact assessment,labor safety and labor safety of the smart training building.Fire analysis and project implementation planning analysis demonstrated the technical feasibility of the smart training building project;the fourth is to analyze the investment estimation and fund raising of the smart training building project,and demonstrate the financial analysis of the smart training building project It works.Finally,it is concluded that the construction of the project not only meets the needs of the information construction of the training building of the vocational college,but also its technological innovation application has set a benchmark for the development of the province's smart campus;it is technically feasible,economically reasonable,and completed The post-social benefits are significant,and construction is necessary and feasible.
