Based on the background of anti-recoil mechanism,a damping force model of a gap-flow-working-mode MR(magnetorheological)damper is established by theoretical analysis.The relationship between the current in the excitation coil of the MR damper and the magnetic induction intensity in the active region of the damping channel is established based on the magnetic field simulation.Also,through analyzing the MR damper’s electromagnetic circuit,the whole circuit’s transfer function of the control system is established,under the premise of a given current drive circuit.Therefore,a complete controllable model is obtained.Through the performance testing of the MR damper prototype under various working conditions,the data for output damping force performance are obtained,while the effectiveness of the MR damper’s performance is verified.In the meanwhile,the unknown parameters in the damping force model are identified by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the experimental data obtained by the testing.Synergistic control theory is used to design the controller considering the controllable model and the application background.And the stability of the control system is verified by theoretical analysis.Finally,a simplified recoil motion simulation using the control system is applied,and to some extent,the effectiveness of the designed MR damper recoil control system based on synergistic control method is verified theoretically.
