The remote recharge service of power supply companies to customers’ electricity bills is a key step taken by the State Grid Corporation of China in response to the "Internet +" major strategy proposed by the central government,and plays a vital role in the construction of smart grids.The remote recharge service allows the majority of electricity customers to use mobile applications such as We Chat,Alipay,and State Grid to easily complete online electricity business,and to grasp the information of their own energy meters at any time.On the level of the development of high-quality services,the application of remote recharge services has opened the door to users’ convenience,and can basically meet the new requirements of power customers in the Internet era.In order to meet the requirements of the development of the electric power industry and the reform of the enterprise system,it is very important to carry out research on the service quality evaluation system of electric power marketing remote recharge.The author firstly investigates the status quo of domestic electricity remote recharge services,domestic and international research status of online and offline services,and finds out the needs and problems of remote recharge services from the customer side and the enterprise side in the power marketing field.Combining classic methods such as basic sales service theory,analytic hierarchy process,brainstorming method and expert scoring method,establish a remote recharge service quality evaluation system.And take the TW Power Supply Company where the author works as an actual case,collect the opinions of electricity customers in the area under the jurisdiction of the company,industry experts,company decision-making requirements,remote recharge work related data,local government related instructions and other materials,and conduct in-depth analysis to improve the company Online service levels provide guiding suggestions,while reducing the service pressure of business halls and sales grid points,reasonably controlling the company’s manpower input,and providing useful thinking for remote recharge services for power supply companies.
