With the development of the early demonstration and advance research of the new generation of manned,lunar and heavy launch vehicles in China,the design concept of large composite sandwich structure is further transformed to the design and manufacturing concept of high stiffness,light and functional integrated structure.Such as rocket structure system in order to realize the efficient utilization of interior space,need to design a large number of mounting holes in the sandwich structure,the traditional form of composite sandwich structure installation was hard bearing capacity,can design comprehensive technical requirements such as being strong of performance,so this paper put forward after loaded carbon fiber composite sandwich structures bearing bushing structure design,and the carbon fiber bearing liner and composite sandwich structure technology research,after the realization of sandwich structure bearing bushing bearing capacity of large,can design strong sex after loading process validation method,to meet future important model structure weight loss and flexible design of technical requirements.This paper mainly studies from the following three aspects.(1)Through the structural design of carbon fiber load-bearing bushing,the installation form of composite sandwich structure is studied,two basic forms of load-bearing bushing are determined,and the comparison of load-bearing bushing's weight reduction is made.In addition,from the raw material selection,layer design,tooling design,molding process refinement,the final determination of carbon fiber load-bearing liner process research program.The carbon fiber bearing bushing obtained has the characteristics of low process cost and smooth surface quality.In this paper,the carbon fiber bearing bushing with excellent performance was prepared by comparing the fiber volume content and compression performance.(2)Carry out the research on the forming technology of carbon panel aluminum honeycomb and aluminum panel aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure.through the carbon layer design of the panel and nondestructive testing,pull,pressure,bending,shear performance testing,high quality aluminum honeycomb stretching process,and the two kinds of sandwich structure,formulate the reasonable process flow,adopting pressing and shearing test,determine the performance of two kinds of sandwich structure satisfies the requirement of loading test after,realized the high quality of composite sandwich structure shape.(3)based on carbon fiber bearing bushing and forming research of composite sandwich structure,through the development of the honeycomb sandwich after bearing bushing installation method,verified from material selection,structure design and positioning jig,metal screws,and after the selection of the adhesive and forming feasibility,after loading process validation from the multi-angle analysis,first of all,from the different structural adhesive performance analysis,and then to two kinds of sandwich structure under different metal threaded hole states pulled off the performance test,the last hole of the installation is complete,and a study on the compressive properties of blind holes form.The tensile load capacity is guaranteed by the installation of the carbon fiber load-bearing bushings,and the two honeycomb rear-mounted forms enhance the compressive performance,and the weight reduction analysis also achieves the research goal of lightweight.It lays a solid foundation for the development of space composite sandwich structure components.
