After the 1980 s,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and the market competition has entered a white hot trend.In the past,competition only existed between enterprises,but now,the competition between supply chains is becoming more and more fierce.In order to avoid the negative effects caused by bad competition,scientific research institutions,governments and enterprises began to pay attention to supply chain management,and conducted in-depth research on it.Finally,it was found that the key to improve the efficiency of supply chain management is the collaborative management between supply chains.For example,J group,as a typical manufacturing enterprise operating in China,has made some achievements in the internal supply chain management and coordination management,but there are still many problems.Based on this,after defining the research topic,this paper collects a large number of relevant materials through How Net,library and other channels,finds the theoretical data of internal supply chain and supply chain collaborative management,and on this basis,diagnoses and analyzes the current situation of internal supply chain collaborative management of J group as a specific case This paper analyzes the current situation of the group from the aspects of collaboration among the same departments,and finds that there are many problems in the internal supply chain management of J group,such as unclear responsibilities of internal supply chain organization departments,poor management of internal supply chain inventory and suppliers,poor information sharing of internal supply chain management,and insufficient coordination of internal supply chain management.In view of the above situation and problems,this paper also analyzes the causes of internal supply chain management problems in J group,such as the lack of perfect inventory and supplier management system,the relatively backward construction and management of internal supply chain information system,and the lack of seamless connection of internal supply chain management.Then,this paper analyzes the improvement scheme of internal supply chain management of J group from two aspects of coordination strategy and guarantee measures,and obtains certain improvement effect.We hope that through this study,we can further enhance the collaborative advantage of J group’s internal supply chain,which can provide reference for other enterprises to establish a more feasible collaborative management mechanism,and continuously optimize the internal supply chain management level of China’s manufacturing industry and improve the competitiveness.
