Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,along with the continuous progress of China’s social science and technology and the gradual improvement of people’s material living standards,the construction industry has gradually become an indispensable part of maintaining the smooth operation of China’s economy,so the amount of energy consumption in construction is also increasing year by year,and the resulting environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.With the continuous improvement of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,the multi-functional information development of passive technology in the field of construction is of great significance to the energy-saving work of China’s buildings.It is of great significance.This thesis analyzes the present situation by passive architecture,we study the application technology of passive low energy building based on BIM technology for the characteristics of passive building,and use the secondary development technology of Revit to automatically create the model of column components and realize the automation of modeling process.The flow field parameters of the wind environment are set in the area,and based on the reported results,the site construction is guided,and the problems are found and solved before the actual start of the construction site.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows.(1)Modeling and analysis of passive house.Based on the core modeling software Revit of BIM for the secondary development of column components,using the programming method of API to simplify the work and process,to carry out specific parameter adjustment as well as component creation,to study the implementation method of parametric modeling of passive building.(2)Simulation and analysis of building performance.After the modeling is completed,this thesis mainly carries out the simulation of the indoor and outdoor ventilation environment of the building.By combining the basic volume model of the surrounding environment with its own building model,the wind environment is simulated and analyzed according to the local meteorological parameters,the residential wind environment of the district is studied,and finally the optimization suggestions are given for the problems in the outdoor wind environment of the district.(3)Study the application of BIM technology in the actual operation of passive architecture,based on the built BIM model,collision check,volume statistics,drawing output and other operations to demonstrate the application of BIM technology in passive architectural design,including material management,quality management,schedule management and cost management.The results of this study promote the convergence and development of BIM technology and passive building in China,provide reference and reference for the practical application of BIM technology in subsequent construction,and lay a good foundation for further development of building informatization by elaborating the advantages of applying BIM technology in the construction process of passive low-energy buildings,which is also important for carrying out energy-saving work and accelerating the development of informatization in the construction field.It is also important to carry out energy-saving work and accelerate the development of informationization in the construction field.
