Small size,high efficiency and stable operation are the significant advantages of PMSM.Therefore,used in robots,CNC,new energy trams and other fields.With the influence of enviroment,the resistance,inductance,moment of inertia and flux linkage of permanent magnet synchronous motor will change.These parameters are important to design motor current loop and speed loop controller.If these parameters can not be identified quickly and accurately,the controller parameters will be improperly configured.Therefore,it is important to renew motor parameters.In the first time,establish motor math model,and the vector control technology is described;This paper introduces the principle of least square method,model reference adaptive method and extended Kalman filter method and uses thses method to identify motor parameters.identification model is builded by MATLAB to test if it is viable.After comparative analysis,the extended Kalman filter algorithm is improved,and the extended Kalman filter algorithm and gradient correction algorithm are combined in series to identify the resistance,inductance and flux value of the motor.In the experimental part,750 W surface mounted PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor)is tested.It proves the algorithm has three advantages such as simple,truly,stable.It can quickly and accurately obtain the motor parameters and has instructive for the design of PMSM current loop and speed loop controller.
