In recent years,the rapid development of my country’s subway construction has provided great convenience for people’s travel.However,the subway environmental control system requires huge energy consumption,and how to effectively save energy and reduce consumption has become an urgent problem to be solved.The piston wind generated when the train enters and exits the station will have a certain impact on the environment of the subway station.The use of piston air can achieve natural ventilation in subway stations.How to use piston air reasonably and effectively has become one of the research focuses in the field of subway environmental control.In this thesis,using numerical calculation method,taking Fangte Station of Jinan Metro Line R1 as an example,the piston wind flow characteristics,piston wind volume and temperature changes when the train enters and exits the station are studied.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First,the three-dimensional numerical model of Standard K-turbulence model for Jinan Fangte station was verified.The results show that the predicted values of the temperature field and velocity field obtained by the numerical calculation in this study are in good agreement with the measured values of other researchers,and have good consistency,which proves the correctness of the numerical calculation model used and the UDF program compiled in this study and ensures the accuracy of the prediction results of this study.Secondly,the influence of piston wind under different train organization of Jinan Special Station on the ventilation effect of subway station is discussed.The changes of piston air volume under three types of trains,one train entering and leaving the station,two trains entering and leaving the station,and one train entering and one train leaving the station,are studied.The results show that when the platform screen door adjustable air opening is opened,the effective ventilation in the three types of trains will meet the requirement of 5 air changes in the station hall of the platform.Finally,combined with the change of outdoor temperature,the temperature of the piston air entering the station platform and hall under different outdoor dry bulb temperature conditions is studied,and the regulation strategy of the adjustable air outlet screen door environmental control system under different outdoor temperatures is proposed.The study found that when the outdoor air dry bulb temperature is more than 30°C and less than-5°C,the adjustable tuyere is closed;when the outdoor air dry bulb temperature is between-5-10°C and 28-30°C,the adjustable tuyere is only opened when the train enters the station;when the air dry bulb temperature is between 10-28℃,the adjustable air outlet can be opened all the time.This study is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the effective utilization of piston wind in subway stations and the regulation of adjustable ventilated platform doors.
