Research On The Recovery And Space Optimization Of The External Space Environment Of Jinan Business Office Area

With the rapid progress of urbanization and the development of science and technology,people's living environment and lifestyle have been changing at a high speed.The pace of life is faster and faster.The tense and noisy urban environment makes people's stimulation more complex.Over time,anxiety,pressure and other unhealthy psychological state perplex more and more city people.A large number of empirical studies have proved that the natural environment can make the individual's anxiety,fatigue,stress and other psychological states or emotions recover;The environment in line with individual preferences can also bring people good healing experience.Urban business office area is the representative of urban space with high density or high intensity of development,and the restorative environmental resources are relatively scarce.To improve the external space environment rehabilitation quality of business office area can help office people better recover their physical and mental health,which has great practical significance for social public health.This thesis focuses on the physical and mental health of urban residents,takes the restorative environment as the research perspective,and takes the external space environment of Jinan business office area as the research object.Through literature research and participatory observation,this thesis analyzes the external space types of Jinan business office area,the behaviors and preferences of users,and summarizes the restorative needs of users.Secondly,we conduct in-depth interviews with the users of the external space of Jinan business office area,follow the grounded theory research method,code the content of the interviews,and construct the environmental spatial impact factor model of the external space environment of Jinan business office area.Finally,on the basis of the model,taking Hanyu Jingu as an example,this thesis discusses the universality and difference of the above factors' influence on spatial rehabilitation through questionnaire survey,and puts forward different types of external spatial rehabilitation optimization strategies according to the influence factors.In this thesis,the concept of restorative environment is introduced into the study of the external space of business office area.Under the condition of lacking systematic design theory and basic data,the grounded theory is used to study the spatial elements to improve the spatial restorative environment,taking the subjective feelings and evaluation of users as the initial concept and the bottom-up construction theory,It can be used for reference in the study of the environment of rehabilitation.
