With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,photovoltaic power generation technology continues to mature,and its application scale is getting larger and larger.Although the power industry will develop slowly due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in 2020,the proportion of renewable energy power generation is rising.Then,the International Energy Agency put forward the view that coal is ending and solar energy is permanent.Photovoltaic power generation technology is expected to become a renewable power technology that will shock the world again.Photovoltaic modules are the core components for realizing photovoltaic power generation.Photovoltaic modules working in the actual environment will inevitably be affected by a variety of factors,and then there will be abnormal power generation status or failure events.If supervisors fail to take appropriate measures in time for these emergencies,the normal operation of the entire photovoltaic power generation system will be affected to varying degrees,and even uncontrollable events such as fires will occur.How to solve the impact of various failure phenomena of photovoltaic modules on the entire photovoltaic power generation system has become a hot topic.It is foreseeable that the research on the online monitoring and fault diagnosis system of photovoltaic power generation components will surely become a big boost to the development of the current photovoltaic industry supervision system.Understanding the various factors that affect the power generation of photovoltaic modules,and improving the overall efficiency of photovoltaic power generation systems through reliable fault diagnosis strategies to determine the types of module faults are the prerequisites for efficient power generation of photovoltaic systems,and it is the significance of this research.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Research is based on the photovoltaic module itself.Including a detailed analysis of the power generation principle of photovoltaic cells,based on the equivalent circuit model,obtained the change trend of different electrical external characteristic parameters,analyzed the various fault types of photovoltaic modules and the factors affecting the photovoltaic output power,provides a theoretical basis for subsequent fault diagnosis.(2)Two fault diagnosis strategies are introduced and a simulation model is built.A fault diagnosis strategy based on two-dimensional plane piecewise bilinear interpolation is proposed,and the joint judgment index of the two diagnosis methods is clarified and applied to the front-end diagnosis of the monitoring system;then the fault diagnosis strategy of BP neural network is introduced,and the simulation is built.The model is used to simulate different fault types of components,obtain experimental simulation data,obtain output characteristic curves under different conditions and analyze its fault characteristic parameters;finally,with the help of real power station data,the feasibility and effectiveness of the corresponding diagnosis strategies are verified.(3)Designed an online monitoring and fault diagnosis system.Including the analysis of the research content and functional requirements of the online monitoring and fault diagnosis system,the completion of the hardware circuit and software design of the intelligent monitoring terminal,and the verification of the Lab VIEW-based experimental test plan,and the overall design of the system is due perfect.
