With the development and improvement of the shaped charge technology,with the increasing complexity of battlefield environment and the gradual perfection of armor,the single mode damage formed can hardly meet the complex and changeable requirements.Under the condition of the same charge structure,it is of great significance to form damage of different modes through different detonation way.In addition,the miniaturization multi-mode warhead is conducive to the application of smart ammunition in the future.How to combine the miniaturization of multi-mode warhead is of great research significance.Multimode warhead is meaningful only under certain working condition and structure requirement.After all,the structure due to different working condition.In this paper,two kinds of miniaturization of shaped charge by design: cylindrical and stern shaped charge,miniaturized as the breakthrough point,on the basis of numerical simulation is divided into three sections,the first is based on the theory of the shaped charge jet formation,in the two kinds of EFP charge structure under certain conditions,through the different ways of states JPC research,find out form two damage conditions.second,two kinds of the structure of the multimode,changing the liner parameters to control the molding,third,according to project,choose the cylindrical charge structure,multimode warhead combination structure has made the preliminary research,and calculated on the multimodal the interception probability of EFP charge structure,for the further study of the combined model of small warhead.In this paper,LS-DYNA software to carry on the numerical simulation,introducing the idea of control variable method,through different detonation ways,liner parameters on the damage forming rule is analyzed,under the working condition of single point and multi-point detonation,liner arc,high liner cap,and liner thickness change on the two kinds of structure formation.Based on the analysis of influence law,the different parameters range of the two structure were obtained.At last,the cylindrical EFP charge structure with multi-mode structure under the central detonation and matches the simulation results.
