Research On Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of W New Energy Companies

New energy is one of the eight strategic emerging industries of the country.As an alternative to traditional fossil energy,clean energy plays an important role in solving the problem of environmental pollution and sustainable economic development in China.General Secretary Xi Jinping has said that clear waters and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver.The development of the new energy industry will not only bring us clear waters and green mountains,but also bring us many benefits such as industry,science and technology,taxation and employment.New energy belongs to capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries.In the process of development,enterprises will encounter financing problems such as difficult financing and expensive financing.As an enterprise mainly engaged in wind power generation,biomass power generation and solar power generation,W new energy company also has financing problems in its development.Taking W new energy company as a case,this paper analyzes in detail the financing environment,financing structure,financing method,financing demand and other aspects,analyzes the financing problems and causes of W new energy company,and proposes solutions to the financing problems.This paper believes that W new energy company's financing has the problems of insufficient use of internal financing,narrow and unreasonable indirect financing channels,poor use of direct financing,imperfect financing management system and credit management system.The reasons are analyzed from the aspects of dividend cash distribution ratio,reduction of preferential tax policies,lack of professional financing team,weak awareness of broadening direct financing methods,and insufficient attention to the construction of management system.In view of the existing problems of W new energy company,the following countermeasures are put forward: to maintain the good profitability of the enterprise,and through communication with shareholders to formulate a reasonable dividend distribution policy to strengthen the ability of internal financing;Financing by means of increasing financial leasing,receivables factoringand stock pledge repurchase;Make good use of the platform of listed companies to do equity refinancing,strengthen green asset securitization,industrial funds and other direct innovative financing;Through the recruitment of professional financing talents to build and improve the financing management system and credit system.
