Scientific research institutes have a single source of funding for infrastructure projects.It is of practical significance to study how to effectively control project construction costs or improve project quality and construction efficiency in unit cost construction.The core of cost control is the problem of capital,and the finite nature of capital has always existed.Therefore,cost control that controls the amount of capital used or improves its efficiency has become the subject of most infrastructure construction management activities.The direct performance of the cost control of infrastructure projects is to reduce the cost consumption or increase the efficiency of unit capital use,thereby improving the economic and social efficiency of the project construction,and effectively promoting the level of construction control and improving the competitiveness of construction technology.For the projects of scientific research institutes,the management and control of their project costs is ultimately to serve the strategic goals of project management and jointly realize the overall interests of the institutes and construction units.Therefore,how to scientifically and rationally realize the management and control of the cost of infrastructure projects,maximize the use of funds,and improve the efficiency of government investment are issues that all personnel in the project construction need to think about.Based on a summary analysis of domestic and international engineering project cost management theories and methods,combined with the particularity of the assembled building model of the Chinese Academy of Sciences M infrastructure project and the current status of cost control,this paper first analyzes the cost control problem of the project from a qualitative perspective Then,further detailed analysis through DEMAEL quantitative analysis to accurately identify the real problems of cost control of the Chinese Academy of Sciences M infrastructure project,and analyze the reasons for these cost control problems.On this basis,countermeasures are proposed for the cost control of the M Infrastructure Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.Finally,the cost control effect after the implementation of the project cost control measures proved the effectiveness of the cost control problem analysis and countermeasure implementation.This article forms the following views:(1)For complex prefabricated construction projects,due to the many cost factors involved,the composition is complex,and DEMATEL quantitative analysis can accurately screen out the key factors that cause cost control problems.(2)The target cost of the engineering project should be refined.The cost control of many extensive construction projects needs to be improved.The use of advanced BIM technology can effectively decompose and predict the project cost,which is beneficial to the cost control in the project construction process..(3)In this paper,WBS analysis,BIM information technology,and DEMATEL analysis are applied to the cost control process of the Chinese Academy of Sciences M infrastructure project.From the results of cost control,the above methods and technologies are effective.It provides a reference for cost control of similar projects.
