Research On Debt Risk Analysis And Resolution Measures Of MUE Transportation Construction Group

With the introduction of the policy of "building roads with loans and paying back loans with fees",expressway construction has developed rapidly.According to the 13 th five-year plan,the annual demand for expressway construction in shaanxi province is about 10.1 billion yuan,which brings huge financing pressure to the construction units.Meanwhile,there is a serious imbalance between operating fees and operating expenses.MUE traffic construction group is a leading enterprise in highway construction in shaanxi province.In recent years,it has entered the peak period of repayment.The debt paying pressure is increasing year by year,and the debt risk is significantly increased.Therefore,while seeking for a new financing model,the group’s sustainable development must establish a complete system to effectively resolve the debt risks left over from history.Based on the theories of financial risk management and debt evaluation index system,this paper conducts a study on debt risk resolution of MUE traffic construction group through the methods of literature research,investigation analysis and case analysis.this paper introduces the economic form of expressway operation,financing mode and related theoretical basis of debt risk,and then from the point of view,based on the management situation,financing structure and debt scale of Mue Transportation Construction group,this paper analyzes and points out the risk problems existing in MUE transportation construction group,to these problems and causes of in-depth exploration.Finally,to solve the debt risk of MUE traffic construction group,scale and management,in the aspects of financing,construction,operation and debt repayment,the paper puts forward some effective measures,such as innovative financing channels,increasing construction mode,activating resources and reducing cost,and reducing debt repayment pressure.By studying the debt risk of MUE transportation construction group,this paper puts forward some feasible measures to reduce the debt risk,and provides reference for domestic transportation construction units to solve the debt risk.By studying the debt risk of MUE transportation construction group,this paper puts forward some feasible measures to reduce the debt risk,and provides reference for domestic transportation construction units to solve the debt risk.
