In recent years,the development of China's traditional automotive industry has encountered many confusing issues,including environmental pollution,traffic congestion,and energy crisis.NEV(New Energy Vehicles)have won wide attention and recognition from the world due to their many advantages such as energy conservation and environmental protection.China has also successively introduced major policies to support the research and development of China's new energy vehicles and power batteries.At present,China NEV power battery industry is in a period of rapid development,but multinational companies have not yet whole entered the power battery market for the NEV market.Under this circumstance,multinational companies can enter the power battery market of China NEV after the government subsidy policy is eliminated in 2020.This article takes the SS company's NEV power battery development strategy in the Chinese market as a case study,and proposes and proposes strategic direction.In order to enter China NEV power battery market as a foreign investment company,we must fully prepare for the local market must be understood and analyzed,not only can enter the market,but also can successfully develop.Therefore,in this paper,SS company analyzed the future should prepare and enter the market strategy,and made a proposal.Since the policies and market conditions of various countries are undergoing drastic changes and developments,especially in the case of a sunrise industry,the situation presented in this paper is based on the current situation and needs to be adjusted in accordance with the changing policy and market understanding.This paper first analyzes the internal and external environment of SS company.In the process of macro-environmental analysis,PEST analysis method is mainly used to analyze the political,economic,social and technical environment of the market.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the SS company,the SWOT framework is analyzed to provide an in-depth analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats faced by the SS company,thus providing a sufficient theoretical basis for the formulation of the strategy.Finally,according to the company's development direction and status quo,combined with the internal and external environmental conditions,China's new energy vehicle power battery market to develop a reasonable SS company to enter the market and development strategy.In general,with the socio-economic development and rapid changes in the macro economy,multinational corporations must fully consider the complex and ever-changing macroeconomic and political factors and formulate corresponding strategic plans.
