In recent years, many new surgical techniques have emerged, which have greatly promoted the development of surgical operations.Tissue adhesive is a type of material used for wound closure or reconnection.Compared with traditional needle suture technology, tissue adhesive has the advantages of good airtightness and postoperative aesthetics. Therefore, the preparation technology of tissue adhesive is important for surgery. The development of surgery has a great influence. However, the existing tissue adhesives still have defects such as low bonding strength and high toxicity. Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the performance of the tissue adhesive.Aiming at the defects of existing tissue adhesives and combining with the performance required for clinical surgery, this paper has developed a tissue adhesive based on natural macromolecular materials, which aims to solve the problems related to wound and incision closure in current surgical operations.First,a polymer microsphere was prepared by solvent evaporation method, and the microspheres were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy and Fourier infrared spectroscopy.Under the process conditions of polylactic acid concentration(g/m L)5%,oil-water ratio 1:3(volume ratio),polyvinyl alcohol concentration(g/m L)1%,and feed ratio 1:6(mass ratio),the microspheres The encapsulation rate and drug loading rate can reach 60.37% and 27.44%,respectively.When magnifying 200-1000 times under the scanning electron microscope, the particle size of the microspheres under the optimal process conditions was measured. The average particle size of the polymer drug-loaded microspheres was 20.19?m,and most of the microspheres were concentrated in the 12-30?m.The drug release performance of the polymer microspheres under the optimal process conditions was measured by dialysis method. It was found that the in vitro release of the polylactic acid/naringenin microspheres in a short period of time(24h)was roughly linear, and the cumulative release amount exceeded 60.%,the drug release duration of polymer microspheres exceeds 250 h and has good sustained-release properties. Finally, the conditions of the experiment were optimized. In the experiment, the oxidation of sodium alginate must be dried for at least 48 hours. At a temperature of50°C,the dissolution time of gelatin is 25 minutes. The use of two-component tissue adhesives in each group will be more convenient for use.Within the range of p H 6-8and mass fraction 0.8%-1.0% sodium chloride solution,it has good adaptability, and the adhesive strength is not obvious.Variety.The shortest curing time of the two groups of tissue adhesives is 20 min,and the tissue adhesive in this experiment can be continuously bonded with higher strength within 24 h.
