At present, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more tense, how to efficiently and quickly eliminate pollutants has become a hot topic of concern for scientists.Polyacid-based organometallic framework hybrid materials not only possess the high specific surface area and stability of MOF as the host, but also have the versatility of polyacid as the guest, which can exert their unique properties in many fields such as oxidative desulfurization and phenol degradation. Therefore,Therefore,it is still a difficult task to develop a new type of highly efficient and deeply oxidized polyacid-based organo-metallic framework catalysts. In this paper,a series of six H3+nPW12-nVnO40@rht-MOF-1 complexes(1-6)are synthesized from CuCl2·2H2O and 5-tetraazolyl m-phthalic acid(H3TZI)with six H3+nPW12-nVnO40(POMs)through a one-pot self-assembly hydrothermal reaction.X-ray crystallography showed that POM is successfully encapsulated in a cage of rht-MOF-1.Complex 3,as a heterogeneous catalyst, can effectively catalyze the extractive catalytic oxidation desulfurization system(ECODS)of model oil and real fuel oil under mild reaction conditions.Complex 6 is used as a heterogeneous catalyst to degrade phenol, and showed ultra-high level of catalytic oxidation activity under the condition of ultrasonic combined with hydrogen peroxide(US-CWPO).In rht-MOF-1,the significant encapsulation of POMs leads to heterogeneous catalysis, enabling multiple recovery in the system. The reaction kinetics, electron paramagnetic resonance analysis and free radical quenching experiment were studied to verify the reaction mechanism. This method provides a simple and effective way to develop heterogeneous catalysts which can be applied to ECODS in fuel oil and phenol degradation. It shows great potential in ecological environment protection and provides a new idea on how to reduce the sulfur content of fuel oil and efficiently degrade organic wastewater.
