| At present,the mine roadway is generally illuminated by the contact power supply LED lamp.Because there are flammable and explosive gases in the roadway,there are potential safety hazards when replacing the LED lamp with electricity.In order to solve this problem,a wireless power supply LED lamp is designed.The specific work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the wireless power supply circuit is studied,and a single switch inverter circuit with bilateral capacitance PP(parallel-parallel)compensation is proposed.The input voltage of the single switch inverter circuit is decomposed by Fourier transform,and the fundamental voltage is obtained.Taking the fundamental voltage as the input voltage source,a wireless power supply circuit with constant output current characteristics is designed for LED lamps.The switch state of the wireless power supply circuit is analyzed,and the maximum voltage of the switch is determined.In order to make the power supply circuit output constant current when the input voltage is disturbed,the stability of the wireless power supply circuit is analyzed.Secondly,the hardware of the main circuit of wireless power supply is designed,focusing on the design of the loosely coupled transformer in the wireless power supply circuit.Through analysis and calculation,the inductance and size of the primary and secondary coils of the loosely coupled transformer are determined,and the primary and secondary coils of the loosely coupled transformer are wound.The components needed by the wireless power supply circuit are selected.Then the control circuit of wireless power supply circuit is designed,including sampling circuit,driving circuit,wireless power supply module and auxiliary power supply based on MCU,and the program flow chart is given.Finally,the wireless power supply circuit is simulated and tested,and the wireless power supply circuit is verified by Saber simulation software.The experimental platform of the wireless power supply circuit is built.The experimental results show that the output current meets the design requirements,and the output current does not change when the load is switched,which verifies the correctness of the designed wireless power supply circuit for mine roadway LED lamp. |
