Phosphogypsum plastering mortar is a new green plastering material with industrial by-product phosphogypsum as the main material by adding certain admixtures and additive chemicals.Compared with traditional cement mortar and mixed mortar,phosphogypsum plastering mortar has the advantages of light weight,high strength,no cracking,good air permeability,easy construction and so on.But at present,the mixing degree of powders of plastering mortar is mostly determined by large testing instruments and low efficiency chemical testing,which is difficult to meet the needs of large-scale production.Therefore,the research on the new testing method for the mixture degree of plastering mortar powder has a good research value and application prospect.This topic is mainly aimed at the plastering mortar field production environment,using image processing technology based on machine vision,designed a new type of phosphogypsum plastering mortar powder raw material mixing degree detection system.Compared with the traditional blending detection method,this system has the advantages of fast speed and high accuracy.The main research results of the thesis have 6 aspects.(1)According to the on-site production situation of phosphogypsum plastering mortar powder,a hardware platform of mixing degree detection based on machine vision was built to collect images of phosphogypsum plastering mortar powder raw materials mixed at different mixing rates and different mixing times and store them in the upper computer for subsequent image processing.(2)The MATLAB language with high programming efficiency is used as the programming language.On the basis of the hardware platform of the testing system for the evenness of phosphogypsum plastering mortar,the operating software for the testing of evenness is designed.The software includes login interface,main system interface,image processing interface and blending display interface,etc.(3)Comparing the effects of different image processing methods on image processing,the weighted average method was selected to grayscale the collected images of phosphogypsum plastering mortar;A median filter with Gaussian noise was selected to denoise the image of phosphogypsum plastering mortar.The edge detection method based on Canny operator was selected to detect the edge of phosphogypsum plastering mortar image.The image of phosphogypsum plastering mortar is segmented by general watershed segmentation method.It is ideal to segment the vitrified microbeads in the image.(4)by observing the image under the conditions of different mixed spectral characteristic values of the shape,color,texture,the change law of determining the mean energy,entropy,average,the average deficit,color,brightness,density,grayscale average gray level values,vitrified beads image area of 9 characteristic parameters,such as decision criteria as blending degree detection system.The optimum mixing conditions of phosphogypsum plastering mortar were determined as stirring time 6 min and stirring rate 1000 r/min.(5)Analyze the characteristic parameters with changing rules in the image of phosphogypsum plastering mortar powder after raw materials are mixed under the conditions of different stirring speeds and different stirring times,and determine the determination conditions for the mixing degree of plastering mortar:Mean energy?0.1093,mean entropy ?1.628,mean deficit ?0.0762,chroma ?0.0618,brightness?0.5264,density ?15218,gray mean ?120,median gray value ?71,and the image area of glass bubbles ?0.8.(6)through acquisition under the condition of the optimal mixed mortar plastering slurry solidification after the cut surface of the block image detection vitrified beads in the aspects of distribution and the area proportion,and compare the phosphorus gypsum plaster mortar production standard GB/T28627 compressive flexural performance of the test block,the verification results show that the system of plaster mortar powder raw material blending degree judgment accuracy is higher.In this study,machine vision and image processing technology were combined to innovate the detection method of powder raw material mixing uniformity in the production of phosphogypsum plastering mortar.The new method can effectively control the quality of plastering mortar products and improve production efficiency.Therefore,the system has a good application prospect in the field production of phosphogypsum plastering mortar.
