The co-gasification of coal and biomass to produce hydrogen-rich synthesis gas is a research hotspot in the field of efficient and clean utilization of coal and biomass.In order to improve the gasification efficiency,it is usually necessary to add a catalyst to improve the gasification activity and hydrogen production efficiency.On the other hand,CO2 resources Chemical utilization is also a matter of widespread concern in the current scientific community.This research uses Guizhou’s local characteristic resources anthracite(Coal),solid waste Bayer red mud(RM)and spirit-based distillers’grains(SDG)as raw materials,using a fixed-bed reactor to study The co-gasification reaction characteristics and synergistic effect mechanism of RM,SDG and Coal in different gasification agent atmospheres(H2O,CO2 and H2O/CO2)are discussed.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)The reaction characteristics of RM,SDG and Coal co-gasification under different material ratios were investigated in a steam atmosphere.Research on gasification reaction activity shows that adding RM can increase the rate of gasification reaction.Research on the synergy factor found that when RM and SDG play a catalytic role together,the final catalytic efficiency is not the weighted average of the respective catalytic efficiencies,but the two components The result of synergistic catalysis.(2)The synergistic effect mechanism of RM and SDG on coal steam gasification was studied using a two-stage fixed-bed reactor.The results showed that the synergistic effect was due to the fact that the Fe,K,and Ca in RM and SDG would change during the gasification reaction.The formation of uniformly dispersed molten microspheres,these eutectics containing catalytically active components will catalyze the water gas shift reaction to improve gasification activity and H2 yield,but at the same time will also lead to an increase in CO2 yield.(3)The reaction characteristics of co-gasification under H2O/CO2 mixed atmosphere were investigated,and it was found that the instantaneous release rate of H2 during H2O/CO2 co-gasification was much higher than the sum of the instantaneous release rates when H2O and CO2 gasification agent were used alone.This shows that H2O/CO2 co-gasification has a synergistic effect.At the same time,RM and SDG in the H2O/CO2 mixed atmosphere still show a synergistic catalytic effect on the gasification reaction.(4)Using a fixed bed reactor to study the reaction characteristics and synergy mechanism of H2O/CO2 co-gasification with different gasification agent composition.The results show that the synergistic effect of H2O/CO2 on the gasification reaction promotes the steam gasification reaction and the water-gas shift reaction,thereby increasing the H2 production.At the same time,the synergistic effect also promotes Boudouard reaction and methanation reaction.
