Traditional Chinese medicine occupies an important position in China's medical system.It is a special product.In the production process,many key processes adopt continuous production methods,and the process flow is complicated.Under high-standard quality requirements,a large number of key operating parameters need to be monitored during the production process.Due to the large scale of the production workshop and the use of a large number of heterogeneous production control equipment,a large amount of manpower and material resources need to be invested in solving production control problems.In terms of information system,due to the traditional information system architecture model,the systems are independent of each other,which brings management and use difficulties,and it is difficult to respond to the needs of the enterprise development process in a timely manner.First of all,this paper studies the microservice architecture and comprehensively analyzes its core ideas and the requirements of the Chinese medicine production workshop,and applies the concepts of microservice components,decentralization,and productization to the information system architecture design of the Chinese medicine production workshop.Secondly,through the analysis of the multi-source heterogeneity of the workshop data sources,the research uses Java reflection and multi-threading technology combined with Modbus and OPC technology to solve the real-time data perception technology of heterogeneous equipment,and solves the ineffective concentration of Chinese medicine manufacturers Real-time monitoring of the production process and failure to collect a large amount of process data during the production process.Then,through the comprehensive calculation and analysis of the historical data of equipment operation,the key monitoring indicators and the automatic statistical report function of related data are realized.Use equipment failure historical data to analyze equipment failure causes,high-frequency failures,and key monitoring indicators of equipment operation.Realize workshop process data visualization through technical means such as Echarts and Unity 3D.Realize the multi-dimensional monitoring requirements of the production process of the Chinese medicine production workshop.Finally,based on the microservice architecture,a data perception and visualization system for the production workshop of Chinese medicine was designed and developed,and the research results of data perception and visualization were realized and successfully applied in the production workshop of an enterprise.Provide reliable and timely data support for production process management decision-making.
