The mine ventilation system provides fresh air flow for various points underground and maintains a good operating environment,which is very important for mining production.With the development of society and the public’s attention to occupational hygiene and working environment,mining enterprises are also paying more attention to the impact of mine ventilation on underground operations.Based on the project of "Optimization and Reconstruction of Underground Ventilation System in Lukuishan Iron Mine",this paper uses numerical simulation and mathematical analysis to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the engineering suitability and technical feasibility of the underground ventilation optimization scheme in Lukuishan Iron Mine.Indicators such as performance,economic rationality,etc.,and use the gray analytic hierarchy process for decision-making analysis.The main research work includes:(1)Consult domestic and foreign related literature on mine ventilation,and learn related theories on mine ventilation optimization and gray analytic hierarchy process.With reference to the basic law of air flow,a mathematical model was established to study the characteristics of air flow,the principle of ventilation calculation was mastered,and the optimal scheme of the ventilation system was sorted out and analyzed.(2)Conduct data collection and field measurement.With reference to the needs of the management of Lukuishan Iron Mine,a two-stage ventilation optimization plan was formulated under the existing background.The first stage is a necessary project.From the perspective of economy and reliability,the second stage optimization is divided into plan A and plan B;the engineering adaptability,technical feasibility,and economic rationality of the ventilation system in Lukuishan Iron Mine are clarified Three optimization and evaluation first-level indicators.(3)Use Ventsim software to establish a three-dimensional diagram of the mine ventilation optimization scheme;calculate the air path and determine the basic information of the air volume of each main roadway in scheme A and B with the ventilation volume of 83.63 m3/s and 85.10m3/s;and A comparative analysis was made on the difficulty of implementation of the ventilation optimization plan,the adaptability of the plan and the mine,and the difficulty of subsequent management.(4)The air volume supply and demand ratios of the ventilation schemes A and B are calculated to be 1.130 and 1.092 respectively;according to the wind speed obtained in the air volume calculation,compare it with the current GB16423-2006-"Safety Regulations for Metal and Non-metal Mines",Both schemes meet the requirements;using Fluent software to simulate ventilation optimization schemes A and B,the temperature field distribution cloud map and the dust concentration distribution cloud map of the 1540 m layered east side of the Lukuishan Iron Mine are used to qualitatively analyze the local roadway temperature and Dust concentration distribution,and then clarify the difference in the impact of the two schemes on the weather in the tunnel excavation.(5)The direct capital investment and indirect capital investment of the Lukuishan Iron Mine’s ventilation optimization plan are accounted for.The direct capital investment of plans A and B are40,000 yuan and 524,000 yuan respectively;the indirect capital investment is 362,100 yuan,respectively.326,200 yuan;The evolutionary game analysis of the expected profit of the mine obtained from the direct capital investment and indirect capital investment of Lukuishan Iron Mine,and it is concluded that in the selection of different plans for the mine,if the supervision function of the relevant department is considered;the result is the result.It shows that if the expected return is fixed,the total investment of funds will be close to the same.(6)The grey analytic hierarchy process is adopted to carry out weighted calculation on the index values of the ventilation optimization scheme of Lukuishan Iron Mine,and the comprehensive values of ventilation optimization scheme A and B are 619.99 and 645.36 respectively.The ventilation optimization scheme B is compared with ventilation.Scheme A is the best choice.
