| With the increasingly severe global tobacco control situation and consumers’ increasing awareness of the harmfulness of traditional cigarette products,it is particularly important to develop a new type of tobacco products that can effectively reduce the release of harmful components of tobacco and conform to the development of the times.This is also a major livelihood issue that consumers pay attention to health.Heating non burning new type of cigarette products has the effect of reducing coke and harm,it has become one of the key areas of research and development in the major tobacco industry.Aiming at the insurmountable technical defects such as uneven heating,poor temperature control accuracy and complex manufacturing process of resistance heating new type of cigarette set heating element,this paper introduces electromagnetic heating technology to improve the heating performance of cigarette set.Aiming at the unclear law of the temperature field distribution of the electromagnetic cigarette heater,this article focuses on the electromagnetic cigarette heater heat transfer mechanism,heat source parameter and boundary condition setting,and the heater modeling simulation.The electromagnetic cigarette heater magnetic thermal coupling process is carried out.The temperature field simulation calculation,simulation optimization,test verification and other research work,using COMSOL software,according to the electromagnetic field equation,heat conduction equation and boundary conditions to establish the corresponding electromagnetic cigarette heater temperature field distribution simulation model,and the physical properties of the material with the temperature taking the influence of the change into account,the influence of 430 stainless steel and 35 steel as heating element materials and power supply parameters on the temperature distribution of heating elements is analyzed,and the reliability of the simulation model is verified through the test platform.In order to obtain the target temperature field distribution on the electromagnetic cigarette heater,this paper analyzes the optimization problem of induction heating parameters of the electromagnetic cigarette heater,and chooses two relevant electrical parameters: current intensity I and frequency f as decision-making Variables,a mathematical model for the multi-objective optimization problem of smoking sets is established,and an improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is proposed.In the genetic process of the population,the crossover operator obeys the normal distribution,and the mutation probability will vary with the population.The fitness evaluation function is adaptively adjusted to maximize the population diversity while maintaining the best genes of the population.Finally,based on the simulation model data,an SVM regression model for the output temperature and rise time of the heating element of the smoking set was established,and the nuclear parameters and penalty factors were optimized by genetic algorithm,and the obtained SVM regression prediction model output was used as an improved NSGA the objective function to be optimized of the-Ⅱ algorithm obtains the pareto solution set from the heating parameter optimization search,and the optimization parameters on the pareto solution set are verified in the simulation model.It is found that the error between the optimization result and the simulation result is small,indicating the effectiveness of this method. |
