In this paper,a kind of sea salt disinfectant with refined concentrated seawater as main raw material was studied.Meanwhile, the bactericidal performance, mechanism and physicochemical properties of the disinfectant were analyzed. At first, the seawater refining concentrate with total salt content of 15% was used as the main raw material.Adding appropriate amount of sodium bicarbonate and sodium sulfate to make disinfectant. Then, the common aquatic bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila and Vibrio anguillarum were selected as the test bacteria.Through the sterilization experiments,it is determined that the final raw material ratio of sea salt disinfectant is 100 ml seawater concentrate, adding 5g sodium sulfate and 1g sodium bicarbonate.Under this ratio, the two kinds of suitable bacteria are treated for 5 minutes respectively, and the sterilization rate is 100%.Because the disinfectant has good bactericidal performance to common aquatic bacteria. In order to make it more widely used,we selected the Candida albicans as aquatic bacteria.Investigating the germicidal efficacy and mechanism of the disinfectant against Candida albicans. The results showed that the bactericidal rate of the disinfectant was 42.08% for 5 min,53.24% for 10 min and 91.33% for 20 min.The results showed that the bactericidal ability of the sea salt disinfectant against Candida albicans increased with longer time, and the bactericidal rate could reach more than 90% after 20 minutes. In order to further clarify the sterilization mechanism, using conductivity analysis, zeta potential analysis, infrared spectrum analysis and electron microscope observation,we analyzed the bactericidal mechanism and action process of the sea salt disinfectant against Candida albicans in detail: the sea salt disinfectant adsorbed on the surface of the bacteria.and neutralizes with the surface of the bacteria, and the osmotic pressure difference is generated inside and outside the cell.At the same time,a variety of inorganic salt cations of different valences in the sea salt disinfectant react with the functional groups on the surface of the Candida albicans bacteria to produce flocculation.and the nectar was damaged by destroying mannose protein and other substances. Then, the salt solution creates an osmotic pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cell, destroying the structure of the nectar and causing it to collaps.Eventually, the cell is dehydrated and cannot undergo normal metabolism, resulting in cell death. After clarifying the sterilization mechanism, the spray made of the disinfectant was initially applied to disposable medical masks.Observations under an optical microscope and scanning electron microscope revealed that salt crystallized on the mask fibers, and the mask fibers were wrapped and covered.Through the breathing experiment, the number of droplets on the mask without spraying was significantly more than that with spraying. It is speculated that spraying on the mask can reduce the number of exhaled droplets. Finally, the relevant physical and chemical properties of the sea salt disinfectant were tested, and the results showed that the effective chlorine content of the disinfectant was 3.55mg/L;it was non-corrosive to stainless steel and copper, and slightly corrosive to aluminum and carbon steel;in the disinfectant Lead and mercury heavy metals were not detected, and the arsenic content was as low as 0.2mg/kg;golden yellow was not detected in the disinfectant Staphylococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,beta-hemolytic streptococcus and other strains, mold yeast test results<10CFU/m L,accord with GB15982 requirements.
