Fluorescent fiber,also known as safety fiber,has excellent fluorescence and luminescence properties,which attracts researchers’ interest in the fields of biomedicine,environmental monitoring,optical instruments and anti-counterfeiting.However,the function of the fluorescent fiber is single,which hinders its application.In this paper,a multifunctional fluorescent fiber with excellent fluorescent performance and temperature sensing performance is prepared by electrospinning,which can be used in fluorescent anti-counterfeiting.At the same time,dual functional fluorescent fiber also improves the science and security of anti-counterfeiting technology,which makes anti-counterfeiting technology have greater application prospects.The synthesized gold nanoclusters were characterized by TEM,XPS,ultraviolet light,etc.The results showed that the average size of the gold nanoclusters was 2.3 nm,which emits red fluorescence,and the color gradually becomes lighter with the increase of temperature.In this paper,polyacrylamide(PAM)nanofibers and PAM thermosensitive fluorescent fibers blended with gold nanoclusters were prepared by electrospinning technology.By optimizing their preparation conditions,the best spinning conditions were obtained.The morphology,hydrophilicity,hydrophobicity,structure and fluorescence properties of the prepared nanofibers were characterized.The results show that the prepared PAM nanofibers have smooth surface,200~500nm diameter and uniform distribution,and have good hydrophilicity;The prepared temperature-sensitive fluorescent fiber has uniform diameter and good morphology,and has the same photoluminescence and temperature-sensitive characteristics as gold nanoclusters.With the increase of temperature,the fiber changes from hydrophilic to hydrophobic.The PAM thermosensitive fluorescent fiber was mixed with the traditional Chinese painting pigment cyanine,and the red fluorescent pigment irradiated by ultraviolet lamp was prepared,which realized the application of the fiber in the field of anti-counterfeiting.
