| With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,functional fiber has become the development direction and trend of the textile industry,and the development of new functional fiber is one of the hot topics.Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)fiber is a kind of high performance fiber material,which has good thermal stability,corrosion resistance,flame retardancy and electrical insulation.In addition,PPS fiber materials also have the characteristics of high porosity,large specific surface area,easy functional modification and good structure controllability,which are widely used in the fields of environmental protection,resource recovery and high-tech battery separator development in harsh environment.This paper mainly studies the separation and recovery of oily wastewater by PPS fiber membrane materials under extreme conditions,and the design,preparation and application evaluation of PPS fiber membrane materials as zinc ion battery separator in the field of battery separator:(1)Traditional oil-water separation materials have the problems of high cost,low separation efficiency and poor environmental adaptability,so it is imperative to develop a new type of high-performance separation materials.In this paper,ZIF-8nanoparticles were loaded on the surface of PPS melt blown microfiber membrane by in-situ growth method to prepare super large flux oil-water separation membrane with high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,hydrophilic,antifouling and excellent mechanical properties.The pure water flux,oil-water separation performance and recycling performance of ZIF-8 composite fiber membrane under different in-situ growth time were tested.The results show that when the ZIF-8deposition time is 10 h,the separation performance of ZIF-8/PPS fiber membrane oil-water emulsion is the best,which can reach 97.01%,the pure water flux is12351.72 L/h·m2,and the recycling rate of oil and water separation can reach 95.11%.(2)AZIBs has the advantages of high safety and low cost.It is considered to be one of the most promising rechargeable batteries in the field of energy storage instead of lithium-ion batteries.Diaphragm is one of the key materials of zinc ion battery.The conventional defects of high temperature stability and poor hydrophilic property of diaphragm materials make its application in energy storage field more and more limited.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop high performance zinc ion battery diaphragm for energy storage in the future.In this paper,PA/PPS membrane with self closing effect was obtained by soaking on PPS melt spray microfiber membrane,and the effect of PA concentration on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the membrane was studied.The results show that the performance of PA/PPS membrane is the best when the mass ratio of PA to PPS is11%,the liquid retention rate is 548.41%,and the ionic conductivity is 31.18×10-3ms/cm The discharge capacity of 58 mAh/g. |
