| With the improvement of living standards,people are more pursuing the concept of natural,green and environmental protection.Compared with other methods of synthesizing zinc oxide,the green synthesis method can reduce the use of toxic and harmful chemical reagents and the production of by-products,which is more in line with the needs of modern society.In this paper,dandelion tea and zinc acetate dihydrate are selected as raw materials,and zinc oxide(ZnO)is prepared by green synthesis.Through surface morphology,XPS,UV,antioxidant activity and qualitative antibacterial tests,explore the properties of Zn O synthesized under different process conditions(calcination temperature: 400 ℃,600 ℃,800 ℃).The synthetic ZnO is finished on cotton fabric by dipping method to prepare antibacterial cotton fabric,which is tested for surface morphology,moisture permeability,contact angle and qualitative antibacterial.The antibacterial cotton fabric is attached to theVelcro by hot pressing technology to prepare an antibacterial component,which forms an antibacterial natural textile with elastic buckle knee pads.Using Procreate software to draw conceptual design drawings of related antibacterial products.The surface morphology test results of ZnO show that when the calcination temperature is 400 ℃,the surface morphology is spherical;when the calcination temperature is 600 ℃,the surface morphology is spherical and rod-shaped;when the calcination temperature is 800 ℃,Its surface morphology is quadrilateral and hexagon.XPS test results show that when the calcination temperature is 400 ℃,the characteristic peaks of zinc are Zn2p1 / 2(1021.97 eV)and Zn2p3/2(1045.11 eV),and the characteristic peak of oxygen is O1s(531.49 eV);When the temperature is600 ℃,the characteristic peaks of zinc are Zn2p1 / 2(1021.71 eV)and Zn2p3/2(1044.92 eV),and the characteristic peaks of oxygen are O1s(530.60 eV);when the calcination temperature is 800 ℃,the characteristic peaks of zinc are the characteristic peaks of Zn2p1 / 2(1021.64 eV)and Zn2p3 / 2(1044.72 eV),the characteristic peak of oxygen element is O1s(531.46 eV),the three groups all have the presence of zinc and oxygen,and the calcination temperature is 400 ℃ of ZnO is closest to standard ZnO.UV test results show that when the calcination temperature is400 ℃,a characteristic peak appears at 371.32 nm;when the calcination temperature is 600 ℃,a characteristic peak appears at 375.79 nm;when the calcination temperature is 800 ℃,a characteristic peak appeared at 381.05 nm,and the three groups were all proved to be ZnO.The ZnO calcined at 400 ℃ was the closest to standard ZnO.The test results of antioxidant activity show that ZnO prepared at a calcination temperature of 400 ℃ has the strongest antioxidant activity in 90 min,and the DPPH scavenging activity is 97.49%.The qualitative antibacterial test results show that only ZnO prepared at a calcination temperature of 400 ℃ has an antibacterial effect on E.coli.Among them,20 μg/mL ZnO(calcined at 400 ℃)has the strongest antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,with a bacteriostatic ring of 12.5mm;it also has a strong antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,with a bacteriostatic ring of 10.4 mm.The strongest antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus is 20 μg/mL ZnO(calcination temperature is 800 ℃),and the antibacterial ring is 19.4 mm.Comprehensive consideration,ZnO(calcination temperature is400 ℃)is more suitable for subsequent antibacterial treatment.The surface morphology of thick densified cotton cloth with ZnO attached(calcination temperature is 400℃)was tested.The experimental results showed that ZnO was evenly distributed on the surface of the cotton cloth.The moisture permeability test results show that the thick dense cotton cloth treated with ZnO(calcination temperature is 400 ℃)has better moisture permeability,and the moisture permeability can reach 80.45%.The experimental results of the contact angle test show that the thick densified cotton cloth treated with ZnO(calcination temperature is 400℃)has better hydrophilicity,and the contact angle is 52.06°.The qualitative antibacterial test results show that the thick densified cotton cloth treated with ZnO(calcination temperature is 400℃)has an antibacterial effect,and the width of the antibacterial zone H is 2 mm. |
