The public health and safety issues caused by pathogenic bacterial infections have always been the most concerned issues in the world.Due to the economic losses caused by bacterial infections,the research on persistent antimicrobial materials has become urgent.Photodynamic antimicrobial therapy is a well-known alternative therapy to treat local infections caused by microorganisms such as Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria,viruses,fungi,and protozoa.This therapy uses radiation to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS)that bind to the target on the bacteria,inhibit protein synthesis,and cause the bacteria to dissolve and die.Photodynamic antimicrobial therapy has the advantages of cleanliness and long-lasting antibacterial properties.It provides a new strategic direction for the development of medical protective clothing materials.First,polypropylene(PP)and polycaprolactone(PCL)are used as raw materials to obtain PPCL melt-blown membrane by melt-blown method.Then,dopamine is added to modify the melt-blown membrane through self-polymerization.Subsequently,4,4'-terephthaloyl diphthalic anhydride(TDPA)photosensitizer and epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)antibacterial agent with bisbenzophenone structure are chemically grafted onto the PPCL melt-blown membrane to construct PPCL@PDA type antibacterial melt-blown membrane with rechargeable,storage and antibacterial properties.The results showed that under the D65 standard light source,the release of PPCL@PDA/TAEG antibacterial melt-blown membrane·OH and H2O2 were 5675.03?g/g and 305.59?g/g,respectively.Moreover,when the PPCL@PDA/TAEG antibacterial melt-blown membrane is stored in the dark for one month,the light absorption transient(LAT)structure remains above 80%.At the same time,antibacterial experiments show that the sterilization rates of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)and Escherichia coli(E.coli)can reach 99%and 95%,respectively.In addition,the air permeability and moisture permeability of PPCL@PDA/TAEG antibacterial melt-blown membrane are 22.3%and 43.7%higher than that of PPCL melt-blown membrane,respectively.Secondly,compared the performance of PP,95/5,93/7,90/10,88/12 PP/PCL melt-blown membrane after dopamine modified grafted composite antibacterial agent TAEG.Studies have shown that when the content of PCL is 10%,the stress and strain of PPCL@PDA/TAEG-10 antibacterial melt-blown membrane are increased by 6.3%and69.44%,respectively,compared with pure PP@PDA/TAEG antibacterial melt-blown membrane.The air permeability and moisture permeability are Increases by 56.58%and 34.16%respectively.In addition,the sterilization rates of S.aureus and E.coli can reach 99%and 95%respectively under standard light and dark conditions.Finally,the synthesized ZIF8 crystal is added to the PCL solution and sprayed on the PPCL@PDA/TAEG-10 antibacterial melt-blown membrane by electrospinning to form a beaded structure of PPCL@PDA/TAEG/PCL/ZIF8 photodynamic high-efficiency filter Antibacterial composite membrane.Research shows that the moisture permeability of PPCL@PDA/TAEG/PCL/ZIF8-9 antibacterial composite membrane is50.12%higher than that of PPCL@PDA/TAEG/PCL,and the filtration efficiency reaches 99.9%.Under the conventional standard light source,the release of PPCL@PDA/TAEG/PCL/ZIF8-9 antibacterial composite membrane·OH and H2O2were 13009.41?g/g and 405.72?g/g,respectively.In addition,the sterilization rates of S.aureus and E.coli can reach 99%and 95%respectively under standard light and dark conditions.
