Research On Environmental Protection Internal Control Of AC Company Based On The New ERM Framework

In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,enterprises are called upon to be civilized,concerned about people’s livelihood and green production in the new era.This also emphasizes that enterprises must fulfill their social responsibilities while improving performance.At the same time,after many years,the COSO committee finally officially released in September 2017 "Enterprise Risk Management-Integrating with Strategy and Performance",referred to as the new ERM.Compared with the previous release of the 2004 version of ERM,this enterprise risk management emphasizes more on the value creation of enterprises than before,and is more adapted to the development requirements of modern society on enterprises.Therefore,for enterprises,they should also continue to improve the relevant internal control system to enable them to develop in the longer term.Since 2017,AC company has been exposed to environmental violations.Since April 2018,it has received 13 administrative penalties.Through the analysis of the content of AC’s penalty letter,it is found that AC’s environmental risk management and internal control are not effectively integrated.The research ideas of this article: First,the article discusses the construction of internal control and risk management systems by my country and COSO in chronological order,as well as the relationship and specific application of the two.At the same time,the relevant core concepts are defined and ERM The framework and related theories are expounded,and the advantages of COSO2017 after its completion are emphasized and the reasons for choosing it for analysis and research in this article have laid the foundation for the framework of the case analysis theory later.Then,through case analysis,we reviewed the pollution incidents of AC company and the status quo of environmental protection internal control.From the pollution incidents and environmental protection status of AC company,it was found that the company’s internal control did not play the role of risk management and control.AC company urgently needs to make an effective improvement to the environmental protection internal control..Then this article analyzes the environmental protection internal control of AC company from the perspective of enterprise risk management,that is,based on the newly promulgated 2017 new ERM framework,analyzes the five elements of corporate environmental protection internal control issues under the 2017 new ERM framework,and finds the existing problems Deep-seated reasons.Finally,through the analysis of existing defects,corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward corresponding to the five elements.Through the study of this case,on the one hand,it can improve AC company’s internal control system in a targeted manner,and on the other hand,it can provide certain reference for companies of the same type and companies with the same internal control problems.This article uses the new ERM framework to analyze the environmental protection internal control of AC company.It is a targeted and novel measure.Targeted is the case company is more representative.The pollution incident has a greater impact on the company.The novelty is due to the company.In the analysis of environmental protection internal control,the new ERM framework is rarely used as a basis.
