Research On Optimization Of Inventory Management Of Accessories In GY Cigarette Factory

Inventory management is an important part of supply chain management.Reasonable inventory can not only effectively guarantee the normal supply of production,but also effectively reduce the capital cost of enterprises.Therefore,reasonable optimization of enterprise inventory management and improvement of inventory management can bring higher economic and social benefits to the production and operation of enterprises.This article selects GY cigarette factory as the research object.The factory is a large and medium-sized state-owned enterprise.While promoting the high-quality development of cigarettes and pushing the brand of "Guiyan" to a new level,it also has problems in the inventory management of cigarette accessories.It becomes more and more prominent.First of all,this article through a large number of visits and surveys,from three aspects of the process management of accessories,warehouse site management and inventory system management to explain the current situation of GY cigarette factory accessories inventory management.Secondly,I found many problems in the current stage of the auxiliary material inventory management of the factory,including:(1)The replacement time of auxiliary materials is long in the process of loading and unloading of auxiliary materials.(2)There is a shortage of materials in the process of obtaining and using auxiliary materials.(3)There is a large sluggish inventory in the process of auxiliary material inventory statistics.(4)There are many manpower for on-site inventory of auxiliary materials warehouse Time-consuming.(5)The auxiliary material inventory system cannot effectively motivate employees.Third,conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems found and find out the root causes,including:(1)Unreasonable stacking pattern of excipients.(2)Lack of safety stocks and low rate of complete set-up of auxiliary material stocks.(3)The inadequate waste management process standardization.(4)Inventory process is not standardized.(5)Lack of performance evaluation of auxiliary material inventory management.Finally,this article uses inventory management theory combined with the actual production situation of the enterprise,and puts forward the objectives,principles and measures for the optimization of GY cigarette factory accessories inventory management.After the auxiliary materials are classified according to ABC,the stacking pattern is re-planned,the occurrence of shortages is prevented,and the waste management process is optimized.Optimize the auxiliary material inventory management process and establish a scientific auxiliary material inventory management performance evaluation,so as to optimize the auxiliary material inventory management of the GY cigarette factory and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
