Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,my country has adhered to the basic national policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment,committed to establishing a sound economic system for green and low-carbon circular development,and promoting the rapid development of my country's energy transition.Biomass energy,as a renewable,low-pollution,and widely distributed clean energy source,has entered the vision of all countries in the world.At present,my country's biomass-fueled power plants are rapidly emerging,gradually replacing traditional coal-fired power generation,pushing the energy transition to a new level,and also solving environmental problems such as smog caused by the burning of waste straw in agriculture.At the same time,however,new problems and challenges have emerged.A large amount of biomass power plant ash is produced during the power generation process,and a large amount of power plant ash is discarded and often humidified and landfilled.This is not only a waste of biomass energy,but also It also causes soil and air pollution.Power plant ash contains a large amount of active silica,which has a certain pozzolanic activity,and is often used as an admixture for cement-based materials.This is not only conducive to turning waste into treasure,but also in line with my country's green development concept.This topic uses the biomass ash produced by the Circulating Fluidized Bed Biomass Center Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,adopts a variety of composite activation pretreatment methods to obtain biomass ash with higher activity,and then mixes it into cement mortar with a certain mixing ratio.And adopt different combination curing systems,respectively carry out bending resistance,compressive strength test,X-ray diffraction inspection(XRD),scanning electron microscope inspection(SEM)on the mortar,and conduct detailed analysis of its mechanical properties,mineral composition and microscopic morphology.Explore the excellent properties of cement mortar mixed with activated biomass ash,and then analyze the feasibility and application prospects of activated biomass power plant ash used in cement-based materials,so as to realize the reuse of biomass power plant ash.Looking for substitutes for cement,researching to reduce the amount of cement in the infrastructure industry provides a new idea.The test results show that:(1)Under standard curing conditions,biomass ash has a greater impact on the mechanical properties of the mortar in the early stage of curing,which is usually much lower than the strength of the unmixed mortar,but at the later stage of curing,the strength of the mortar is significantly improved.(2)Within the range of 10% to 30% biomass ash content,the mortar with 10% content shows better performance.When the content is greater than 10%,the flexural and compressive strength of the mortar increases with the blending amount.The increase in quantity gradually decreases and will be lower than the standard.(3)Among the three activated biomass ash cement mortars,the mechanical strength performance of the mortar mixed with GFA4 S ash sample is higher than that of the mortar mixed with other treated ash samples,and has higher pozzolanic activity.(4)Combined curing can effectively improve the mechanical strength of biomass mortar,but in comparison,the standard-dry heat curing condition improves the strength of cement mortar more significantly.
