As a building material,concrete has many advantages.In order to improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete,mineral admixtures and superplasticizer are added to concrete to promote the strength of concrete.In this paper,carbon nanotubes are selected and mixed into high performance concrete with five different dosage groups of 0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.5% and 0.7%.The influence of carbon nanotubes on high performance concrete is explored from two aspects of working performance and mechanical performance.The main working performance tests are slump test and expansion test,and the main mechanical performance tests are compressive strength test,flexural strength test and tensile strength test Through the splitting tensile strength test,the relevant conclusions are drawn from the test data.(1)According to the engineering technical requirements of carbon nanotube high performance concrete,the mix proportion of high-performance concrete is determined,and then the content of carbon nanotube is determined combined with the literature and the test results.Through slump and expansion test,the working performance of highperformance concrete with carbon nanotubes is tested.The results show that the working performance of high-performance concrete is changed by the addition of carbon nanotubes,and the slump and expansion decrease with the increase of carbon nanotubes.(2)The results show that the compressive strength of HPC is enhanced by the addition of carbon nanotubes.With the increase of the amount of carbon nanotubes,the compressive strength of HPC increases first and then decreases.When the amount of carbon nanotubes is 0.1% ? 0.3%,the effect of compressive strength is the most obvious.(3)The flexural strength increases with the increase of carbon nanotube content.With the increase of carbon nanotube content,the flexural strength first increases and then decreases,but the effect of flexural strength is not obvious.The effect of carbon nanotube on the early flexural strength of HPC is more obvious,and the best effect is when the content is 0.3% ? 0.5%.(4)Taking 3D,7d and 28 d as the age,and different amount of carbon nanotubes as the variable,the splitting tensile strength test of high-performance concrete is carried out.When the amount of carbon nanotubes is 0.3%,the strengthening effect of splitting tensile strength is the most obvious.
