Research On The Environmental Incentive Effect Of Green Bond Financing Of Environmental Protection Enterprises

In recent years,environmental pollution problems have become more serious.How to improve the existing environment and reduce the emission of pollutants,while taking into account environmental protection and economic benefits,and help the development of environmental protection companies,has become a topic of widespread concern in society.As an important force for the development of green finance,green bonds are a financing tool that has been vigorously developed in recent years,which not only meets the environmental sustainable development requirements,but also meets the social economic development requirements.Green bonds have particularities in terms of cost,usage,and information disclosure,which can incentivize enterprises to make strategic and sustainable environmental protection investments,thereby affecting the financial effects of enterprises.Based on the above background,this thesis first sorts out the domestic and foreign literature on green bond financing.Then,based on the related concepts and theories of green finance,green credit,and green bonds,the analysis is combined with the background of China's financial system and the development status of green bonds.Then choose environmental protection companies as the research object,through case analysis,from the case company's environmental protection investment strategy and continuity,financial situation changes,market response and social influence in four aspects of in-depth analysis,to study environmental protection companies green bond financing environmental protection incentives effects.Finally,the study concludes that green bond financing of environmental protection companies has positive environmental incentives and has a positive impact on the financial status of the company.This thesis provides some empirical evidence for the research on the effect of corporate green bond financing.
