Acetate(CA)fiber is a kind of green and environment-friendly regenerated cellulose fiber in strict sense.It is nontoxic,tasteless,soft and skin friendly,which equips antibacterial activity to a certain extent.As a result of Y-type intersecting surface and groove section on the longitudinal surface,which has better filtering function.PLA fiber is also a kind of degradable green environmental protection fiber with renewable raw materials.Therefore,the two kinds of fibers are suitable as crude material for disposable surgical nonwovens.In this paper,the properties of the above two kinds of fibers are tested and analyzed.On the basis of the study of fiber properties,the structure and preparation process parameters of CA/PLA fiber nonwovens are designed.eventually,the properties of the materials are tested and analyzed,and the preparation process is further optimized.The details are as follows:(1)The related properties of CA and PLA fibers were tested and analyzed,including tensile properties,friction properties,mass specific resistance,crimping properties,moisture absorption properties,which provide the basis for giving full play to the advantages of fibers and designing and preparing non-woven materials of CA/PLA fibers.The results show that the strength of acetate fiber is lower than that of PLA fiber,and the friction coefficient,mass specific resistance,crimp and moisture regain are better.(2)The preparation process of CA/PLA nonwovens was designed,which mainly includes: carding preparation process,carding process,lapping process,spunlace process,hot rolling process and point bonding.Two groups of CA/PLA nonwovens with different technological processes and parameters were prepared.(3)The properties of two groups of CA/PLA fiber nonwovens with different technological processes and parameters were tested and analyzed.The results show that the composite of hot-rolled PLA fiber layer and acetate fiber layer after spunlace and point bonding treatment has better comprehensive properties.(4)Change the mixing ratio,surface density and spunlace pressure of PLA fiber,and explore the influence of them on the comfort and barrier of CA/PLA nonwovens.(5)By using Design-Expert10 software and response surface Box-Behnken method,the comfort and barrier properties of CA/PLA nonwovens were optimized.The regression models of the comfort and barrier properties of CA/PLA nonwovens were established,and the moisture permeability as well as barrier properties of CA/PLA nonwovens were determined by regression equation.The filtration efficiency is predicted and analyzed to get the best process parameters.
