Thincell is a nationally-produced Lyocell fiber series product with completely independent intellectual property rights produced by China Textile Academy Green Fiber Co.,Ltd.The fiber is green and environmentally friendly,breaking the technical blockade of Lyocell fiber from abroad for many years.At present,Thincell fiber is still being researched and optimized.There is not much research on it at home and abroad.In order to better optimize and develop and apply it,the development and application of relatively complete Tencel(G100)and Incell fiber as a comparison to study the fiber structure and performance.At the same time,part of its yarns and fabrics has been developed.This subject first tested and compared the properties of Tencel(G100),Thincell,and Incell fibers.Specifically includes: fineness test,strength and elongation test,morphological structure electron microscope scan,infrared spectrum analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,thermal performance analysis.Then use the above three fibers as raw materials to perform a pure spinning sample trial spinning,and set the fine yarn density to 10 Tex.Control the production process to be the same,and design the three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment with only the back area draft,the twist coefficient,and the number of spacer blocks in the spinning process.Test and compare various yarn tenacity properties,hairiness index,and evenness.Finally,the knitting fabric is knitted by using the Tencel,Thincell,and Incell yarns spun by the 3,5,and 7 spinning processes in the orthogonal test by feeding two yarns at the same time.Test and compare its feel roughness and compression performance.The result shows: Compared with Tencel(G100)and Incell fiber,Thincell fiber has slightly worse performance in fineness,dry strength and crystallinity,and thermal stability,but the difference is not significant;Slightly stronger in terms of wet strength,moisture absorption,and orientation.Comparing the infrared spectra of the three fibers,it is found that their chemical composition and molecular structure are approximately the same.So in general,the performance of Thincell fibers is not much different from Tencel and Incell fibers.It is preliminarily concluded that the development and application of Thincell fibers in the same fields as Tencel and Incell fibers can be carried out in some fields.Analysis of yarn tenacity and elongation,hairiness and evenness through visual analysis,it was found that the optimal process parameters of the Thincell fiber in the spinning process are the draft ratio of the back zone is 1.15,the twist factor is 350,and the number of the spacer blocks is 2.50.By comparing the properties of the yarns spun from three different fibers in the same process,it is known that the evenness of the Thincell yarn is good,although it is slightly worse in terms of strength and hairiness,the gap is not significant,and this gap can be achieved to some extent by optimizing the spinning process.By comparing the properties of the fabric,it is found that in terms of surface properties of the fabric,the Thincell fabric is no less inferior to the more mature Tencel fabric,and the Thincell fabric is slightly inferior in compression performance.Thincell fabrics have a smoother feel and are relatively light and thin,although their bulky properties are not good,so their fabric style is more inclined to light summer shirts.Since the performance of Thincell fiber is not much different from that of Tencel(G100)and Incell fiber,in practical applications,Thincell can replace Tencel(G100)and Incell fiber.
