With the development of green development concepts and the requirements of the green development of the copper smelting industry,LCA,as the most popular environmental management tool,can scientifically and rationally assess the environmental load involved in the life cycle of products in the copper smelting industry Provide decision support for the behavior of products,industries and even the entire industry chain from the perspective of sustainable developmentThis paper analyzes the research and application of life cycle assessment at home and abroad,and finds that the application of life cycle assessment in China's copper smelting industry has some controversy on the specific elements in the specific application of the method system,resulting in a lack of standing Copper smelting product life cycle assessment results analysis system,and the existing research on the main method of copper smelting-fire smelting in different smelting process environmental impact assessment research is insufficient.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes a new life cycle assessment and intelligent analysis system(Cu-LCA-IA)for copper smelting industry based on the life cycle assessment method,which can view the life cycle assessment results from the industry perspectiveFirst of all,in the process of defining goals and scope,we have clearly defined the system boundaries,types of impact,and selection of indicators of the life cycle of cathode copper products.In the inventory analysis process,we have clarified the content of data collection,and proposed to conserve quality.Conservation of energy and energy are included in the management of data review;in the impact assessment,the characterization factors and benchmarks of the four types of environmental impacts that have been identified are explained;the content of the interpretation of the results in the traditional product life cycle assessment is weakened,and the It is replaced with intelligent analysis including limit value analysis and comparative analysisSecondly,according to the input-output problems involved in the unit process in the Cu-LCA-IA system,a unit process model was established and a unit consumption calculation model was designed;according to the product flow,reference flow and basic flow of the cathode copper product life cycle Flow,established the product LCA model,designed the inventory analysis model;according to the results of the product life cycle evaluation of each enterprise,the mathematical analysis method was used to establish the intelligent analysis model including the limit value analysis model and the comparative analysis modelFinally,the Cu-LCA-IA system established in this paper was explored in the copper smelting industry.Through analysis of each stage of the life cycle of the main production process of WKTY,the environmental impact types at the same stage of It cathode copper products produced by the plant were obtained.And the contribution of each stage to the same type of environmental impact.With the continued application of Cu-LCA-IA in the copper smelting industry,the characterization results of the main production processes of some sample companies were obtained,and the sample data was analyzed using the limit value analysis model and the comparative analysis model.Through the application of the limit value analysis model,it is concluded that under the conditions of the existing sample data,the number of qualified enterprises in the copper smelting industry found from the perspective of life cycle assessment is only three.Through the comparison and analysis of the application of the model,it is concluded that from the perspective of life cycle evaluation,under the conditions of the existing sample data,the screening in the smelting stage and electrolysis stage,bottom blowing smelting and titanium master plate preparation are more worthy of promotion and application in the industry.
