With the development of the times and the progress of society,human resources have become the key to the competitive advantage of enterprises.To improve the competitive advantage of human resources,the cost of human resources is an important consideration.For state-owned coal enterprises,their compensation system is often a very important link in their management process.Whether they are perfect or not determines the vitality of an enterprise.On this basis,a scientific and reasonable compensation system will provide a strong guarantee for stabilizing the internal structure of the enterprise,improving the employment mechanism and the development of the company's strategic position in the talent market.This research is aimed at state-owned asset companies that mainly take CY Coal Service Company as their research object,and reassessed and redesigned their compensation system on the basis of the original,with a view to creating a more reasonable compensation system for enterprise employees,and On this basis,the dual goal of enhancing the creativity of the enterprise.Based on the talent strategy of CY Coal Service Company,this article solves the problem of corporate human capital control and incentives.Through the research on the operation of the existing compensation system and the combination of human resources theory,this paper compares the competence of post staff with job descriptions and finds the compensation system.Operational issues,in response to the needs of the company and employees at different levels,optimize the existing compensation system and redesign the compensation optimization program.According to the research direction of this topic,this article will research and analyze the following issues: from the theoretical review of human resource management,and salary management,the related literature will be sorted,summarized,and commented to provide a salary optimization system.Theoretical basis;by describing the market environment of the coal industry,the situation of group companies and similar competitors of the company,and analyzing the environmental basis of a reasonable compensation system based on the corporate culture of the company;clarifying the existing problems of the existing compensation system of CY Coal Services Based on the survey and research on the status of the CY service company's compensation system,summarize the basic needs of the compensation system from the company and the employees;optimize the design of the CY coal service company's compensation system,and provide recommendations for the implementation of the compensation optimization system.This article takes CY Coal Service Company as an example and combines domestic and foreign pay-related theories to explore how state-owned enterprises should improve and improve their pay management systems in the context of supply-side structural reform.Taking CY Coal Service Company as an example,it investigates the operation of its current compensation system and employee compensation satisfaction,and based on this,it conducts compensation systems for employees in three different positions: operation staff,technical staff,and management staff.After the redesign,the current compensation system structure and the corresponding assessment system were improved,which provided a reference for the design of the compensation system for state-owned asset enterprises of the same type.
