As a prelude to the shale gas revolution,oil-base drilling fluid technology obtained the unprecedented development in China.However,under the content of new environmental laws and stricter oily waste disposal requirements,traditional refractory diesel base and white oil-based drilling fluid is facing great challenges,which has created new development opportunities for low toxicity and biodegradability of synthetic based drilling fluid technology.Synthetic based drilling fluid shares the common advantages including good temperature resistance,strong inhibitory and good lubricity as traditional mineral oil drilling fluid.At the same time,it also has advantages of creating little damage to the environment,low toxicity and biodegradability.Because the synthetic based drilling fluid is easily accepted by environment,the drilling fluid system has been gradually gained attention in recent years,as a kind of new drilling fluid technology that can meet the requirements of efficient drilling technology and environmental protection at the same time.Based on factory and routing technology requirements,the paper has developed a set of matching integration synthetic based drilling fluid treatment agent and related technologies,in an effort to simplify treatment agent types and decrease the difficulty of drilling fluid field maintenance process.The system employed linear gas synthetic oil(Saraline)as the continuous phase,CaCl2 brine as the internal phase,developed biodegradable emulsifier,oil soluble polymer fluid loss agent and optimized the organic clay,oil soluble polymer network polymer flow pattern regulator,as synthetic water-in-oil emulsion drilling fluid system.Moreover,the paper optimized the lab formula for the density of 1.60 g/cm3 and 2.30 g/cm3 and evaluated the anti-pollution ability and biodegradability.The synthetic base system features in less agents,easy maintenance,high temperature resistance,good emulsification stability,small filtrate loss volume and sedimentation stability.
